Professional, personable and prompt. No need to look elsewhere.

You could not go wrong if Dave Brown Heating and Cooling was on the job. We would go back to them in a heartbeat

The installation was done as promised, in a professional manner, and the heating system now works great.

David is very responsive, shows up on time, and perform tasks quickly with great workmanship.

Dave and his team were wonderful to work with and I look forward to their continued servicing of the new HVAC system over the the next several years.
I would highly recommend them!!

Dave was so acommodating and professional. Instead of upselling us, he was honest and fixed our old heater. You rarely see this type of service anymore.

I really liked Dave and his crew. They were professional, prompt, responsive to questions, and reasonably priced. I will definitely go back to DB Heating and Cooling when we're in need of future repairs.

I highly recommend David and his team! David was super responsive, finished the job quickly and exceeded all our expectations! David was super helpful and took time to explain to us all our options and what he'd recommend for our home's layout and square footage, even following up afterwards to make sure that everything is working in the way we were hoping. Thank you David!!

Dave and Devon were amazing. They corrected huge mistake from a previous contractor that was causing a lot of exhaust. Would call these guys again in a heartbeat for any future HVAC needs.

Great job installing a new furnace inside my home in Pacific Grove!! Team was professional and worked with my contractor to get it installed. His bid was inline with another firm but his responsiveness and wiliness to work with me set him apart. Bonus... I committed to pay for a specific number of vents but they realized they didn't need all of them upon installation and refunded me without asking!

David (owner) is knowledgable, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. He recently inspected the heating at my parent's home. His equipment is new and advanced. He comes with many years of experiences working at another outfit. I am more than satisfied with his level of service and would recommend him to anybody else. You will not regret hiring DB Heating Cooling for your inspection, repair, or maintenance of your home or business cooling and heating.

David Brown Heating and Air Conditioning has been an absolute life saver for us and our HVAC System. Being a 3rd generation HVAC trained business man gave us the real sense of a strong work ethic, but more importantly a real great customer advocate! What I really appreciate about David is that he comes from a real strong family of integrity, honor and ethics. He says what he means and he means what he says and he always is truthful in every business transaction we have had. David if friendly, funny and really makes you feel important and listened to, because he truly believes in these things… He is like the doctor we all wish we had that would just listen to the issues and concerns and meet our expectations.. well David Brown Heating and Air Conditioning will exceed your expectations! David Brown is a hard working young family man and has lived all his life on the Monterey Peninsula so he understands what reputation means in this small community and is always striving to keep that reputation strong!

I just had a very positive experience with the technician and owner of this company. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. There was some difficulty and delays in getting the needed part, yet they did a great job keeping me informed as to the situation and they got is resolved as quickly as possible. The fees were extremely reasonable. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate in referring them.

David Brown and his team well exceeded my expectations. He was on budget, handled all the details including seeking the rebates and credit us for it. I highly recommend him for any HVAC work.

Dave is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He was able to quickly assess what was wrong with our furnace. He is able to provided us options that fit different budgets and explained carefully the pro's and con's. I felt as though I was in good hands going forward with choosing Dave for our house and I don't regret it.

Dave and his team at DB Heating Cooling replaced my 70 year old floor furnace with a forced air gas furnace, ducts and cool new thermostat. The result is seamless and the house is finally really comfortable. What I noted most about Dave, and why I chose his company, is that he listened very well and modified his proposal as he learned more about what I wanted to accomplish with this installation. We are now set up to incorporate a heat pump when we add solar panels. And he is the only vendor that mentioned the sizable rebate for a heat pump installation. He worked to meet my schedule, hustled to get some items that were in short supply and his team left everything clean and buttoned up. I don't often write online reviews, but felt DB Heating Cooling earned a shout out.

DB Heating and cooling came out and installed our Mitsubishi heat pump with 3 air handlers in two days. They were very professional and the product works fantastic. I highly recommend using these guys for your HVAC needs.

DB cooling installed a heat pump in my home to replace an older, gas furnace. They did an truly outstanding job. They were consistently on-time, did duct work in the house in way that kept the house perfectly clean, explained the entire system clearly, and were a pleasure to work with. They were professionals in all aspects of their work. I would use them again without any hesitation.

This company is so good!!! They were able to install a much needed air conditioner in a difficult space and did a great job. Michael and Devon and others were so knowledgeable, courteous and helpful and very very nice! I feel I’m in very good hands and will continue to use DB for all services I’ll need in the future. Highly recommend!

My contractor recommended DB Heating & Cooling to me, and I was very happy with them. Dave walked me through my options for a heat pump system, and came up with a creative solution to venting to a hard-to-reach room that saved me $$. I would happily recommend (and have!) DB's business to anyone.

Dave Brown had great patience and attention to detail. At first I shopped several heat pump installers. He was the only one that worked with my requiremetns to make an install that fit right. Dave listened and adjusted the plan. I was impressed, but needed more time, so I recommended him to my neighbor, where he did a 5-star install for a fair price. Eventually, I was ready, and Dave had my design all ready to go. His team did the work in a single day and now we have a killer whole house heat pump. Bye by PG&E gas bills. Thank you DB!
