We have worked with Bailey Plumbing multiple times from our personal residence to our business and they have always been there for us! They are quick to respond, super kind, and good at what they do for a fair price. Good honest people!

Elijah and Charlie responded to our call for dishwasher repair. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to solve our problem very quickly. They also checked other appliances and made recommendations on how to have them repaired by licensed professionals. We were very pleased with the service and the cost. Thank you. Called Bailey Plumbing for a late night emergency sewer back up. Adrian immediately came out that night, assessed the issues and put together a game plan. Problem could not be corrected that night but he and his crew arrived early the next morning to further diagnose and get us back to working toilets. Septic needed to be pumped so Adrian and the office got that coordinated for us through Castle Pumping. We were very appreciative to not have to find someone ourselves. They added a clean out line and were able to use their camera to further inspect the lines and advise on areas of concern. Can't say enough about how great everyone was from the initial call to the completion of the job. Adrian and his crew were kind, great at communication and did an amazing job at keeping their work area clean given they were digging and dealing with sewer. We were extremely impressed and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Getting our toilets back to working was such a relief!

The City of Morgan Hill notified me they detected a continual water leak occurring on my property. I contacted Bailey Plumbing and they sent a technician out the next day. The technician, Randy Alvarado, found the source of the water leak which was a defective water pipe located underneath the house. The house in on a raised foundation. Randy took photos of the leaking pipe and other defective plumbing issues which he recommended to be repaired. The following day, with a team of technicians which Randy supervised, Bailey Plumbing completed all of the needed repairs. All of Bailey’s technicians who did the work were extremely professional, respectful to our property and cleaned everything up when they were done. It was like they were never there.
My wife and I are really satisfied with the work done by Bailey Plumbing. I can’t say enough good things about the lead technician, Randy Alvarado. His expertise is complemented by his exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism. From start to finish, this company has got their act together in providing outstanding personnel, service and completed work.

Words cannot express my gratitude for this company! Joe is outstanding! Joe and his crew came out and did a full plumbing remodel for my home in San Jose! Amazing! Ripped out all of my water pipes and sewer pipes and replaced every single faucet and toilet in my home! Absolutely incredible! I will be using them from now on!

With no relation to Bailey Plumbing other than living in the area, I want to thank them for their incredibly fast response to my issue of a water leak. I had no idea of this leak other than my meter running and a notice from MH water. They responded with in minutes with a crew that checked my home from top to bottom. Although no leak was detected, they checked everything and I was pleased knowing it was a mistake on MH water. I Highly recommend Bailey Plumbing to anyone needing help with their Plumbing needs. Have nothing but great things to say about Bailey Plumbing. Alex who helped me figure out the issue with my plumbing was professional and explained what had happened in ways I could understand. The very next day, Joe the owner of the company came and inspected my issues, and gathered enough information to give me a very competitive quote. They came and fixed (replaced a lot of old galvanized pipes) with new copper plumbing all in one day, and worked with me to get it to the point where I could afford all of the work that I needed done. They under promised and over delivered. So I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional Plumbing company that takes into consideration what the homeowner needs and can afford. They value doing the job right, and it shows.

Was very happy with the quality of work from Roy at Bailey Plumbing. It was one of those projects where one thing led to another, and he was clear about each step and asked which ones (if any) we wanted to take care of now. He was clear about the needs and the impact of each step. He was prompt, and follow-on work was scheduled quickly. When we had something that wasn't working as expected, he came right back out and fixed it immediately. And it helped he put up with my dog until he warmed up to the stranger in the house. 🐶

A couple of weeks ago, we had Bailey Plumbing out to install two Toto toilets, with a Toto Washlet bidet for each one. The first visit, to give us an estimate, was on time and professional. The estimate was fair. About a week later, they came for the installation. The lead technician, Roy Lopez, was on time and worked all day on the project, as he was by himself until the very end of the day. Roy is an excellent plumber. And he is very friendly and easy to talk with. We are very happy with the results. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Bailey Plumbing Inc for your plumbing needs in the Morgan Hill area.
