Working from a barge under two over water decks sharing support from a single cantilevered wood beam, the Sanchez crew removed dry rot damage from the beam, replaced it with new wood and installed two 20+ foot long reinforcing steel channels for support.
The job began on schedule with required permits, at competitive cost, completed all inspections and ended on time. Joel Sanchez was always available by phone to respond to questions and provided valuable photo records of the work done. It was a very impressive project from start to finish.
