from the moment luke and wesley walked in, i could tell i was going to have a great carpet cleaning experience. they clearly explained their cleaning process before starting, so i knew exactly what would happen. i had four rooms, twelve stairs, and a hallway cleaned, and they finished everything in about an hour and a half. they used corner protectors to keep their hoses from touching the walls and laid down moving blankets on other floors for extra protection. the best part was how spotless my carpets looked when they were done. one room especially had a lot of dirt from heavy foot traffic, and wesley showed me the difference partway through—it was amazing. all the equipment stayed outside in their truck, so there was no mess inside my home. their powerful suction left my carpets just a little damp, and they dried in about four hours. the price was very reasonable for such great service. i will recommend them to all my friends!
