Pete arrived early and went straight to work. He found the problem and solved relatively quickly. With this heat I really appreciated him coming early and fixing the problem. Will definitely call again when I need more services. Thanks!

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I felt compelled to write about Above All Air Conditioning. My A/C unit wasn't working and called Above All in the morning. Pete assured me that he'd be out the same day. Pete and Mike showed up as promised later in the day and were more than fair, very professional and honest. I'm so glad they did since it's 100 degrees and not pleasant in the house either. I can't say enough good things about this company and Pete and Mike. Wow is an understatement. They were fair, fast and are now our new A/C guys. I'd highly recommend them!!

Pete was absolutely phenomenal. He was quick, honest and had our air up and running better than ever before! And our unit was pretty bad before he got here. He was flexible and his service was wonderful. Can't thank him enough!

I have never written a review but I have to say Above All Heating and Air went above and beyond. I just had a new system installed and cant give enough praise how professional their crew is. From first talking with Pete about the replacement, I was never pressured he explained everything and made sure I understood. The house had the original AC and furnace built in 88. I knew I had to replace the units at some time and now was the time. The team that Pete sent was professional and you couldn't ask for a better service. This company has my business moving forward.

Professional, quick to reply and very accommodating! Pete came out to look at our unit on a same day call. It turns out there was a surge and the unit was working just fine. Pete was awesome. I left a message in the evening and he contacted me first thing in the morning and was at our house later that evening. Pete is one of the most honest business owners I know!!! He is upfront and tells you exactly what is wrong. No surprises!!

The A/C we inherited with the house a year ago has only blown cool air...not cold, so the temperatures would hover around 80 degrees regardless of how long it ran. Other repair services were either too busy to return calls or would return them with quotes which included only checking the system. After several go-arounds and a disappointing experience with the service offered out of Home Depot, I gave "Above All" a try based on reviews. Glad I did.

Pete and his colleague came out, demonstrated both the strengths and weaknesses of my system...really educated me so I could make some competent decisions. We agreed that the system had another couple of years left in it, so coils were cleaned, air leaks pointed out, meters came out to test the system and refrigerant added (due to a slow leak which they corrected with a new cap). The system began blowing cold air...really for the first time since we moved in a year ago. This was all done at a very reasonable price for performing only the work necessary to get the system running optimally. The system now runs for a short time now, reaching its target temp and then shutting down. In comparison, before it would simply not shut off and would keep running and struggling to lower temperatures. Costs were through the roof.

Thanks to all the previous reviewers for helping me find these guys and hope my small experience will give others some peace of mind that these guys are as honest and dependable as they come.

I have always consistently had a great experience with Above All. I won’t recommend anyone else. Nobody wants to need things fixed, but when you do, you want someone trustworthy, who is kind and does quality work. They are All of the Above. They are my go-to. Thanks, guys!

My AC recently went out and Pete came to repair it without any scare tactics, pressure or games. He repaired it at a third of the cost of my first estimate.

My first estimate was from Cool Air Solutions. A man about thirty came out and inspected my AC. When he explained all the things that could go wrong I was alarmed. I was worried about a very high air conditioner replacement cost. CAS told me it was $375 a pound for the first pound of freon and every pound there after was $200 (9 pounds total). when I asked why the first pound was so expensive the salesman didn't answer I asked again he changed the subject again. There was many other things that went wrong with my experience with the first company. at that point I asked the gentleman to leave paid them their $98 trip charge and waited for my next appointment. Total estimate $2375

Pete from Above and Beyond heating and air showed up an hour later. He inspected my unit and in a much shorter amount of time told me it would be about five pounds of freon at $175. Total service that day $944. Pete didn't use any worse case possible scenarios and I was pleased to hear my air conditioner would possibly last about 5 more years.
Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. I highly recommend Above and Beyond for their professionalism.

Service was quick and professional. We needed a second opinion about our heater/furnace, when a home inspector "flagged" it for possible dangerous sparking at startup. Above All sent a licensed home inspector/HVAC specialist who determined that the unit was in satisfactory working order. Many thanks, Above All!

Highly recommend Loren and Above All Heating & Air Conditioning!!! My older AC Unit went out in the middle of summer and they were able to fit us in during a very busy time and fix the problem quickly, efficiently and at a very fair price. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy, we will be using them for any Heating and AC issues in the future!

I am not a customer of this company, but I felt like I should leave a positive review based off a unique experience I encountered today. I am a Service Tech myself for a local HVAC company and today I was at a call where the customer had requested us. While on site and in the middle of a repair, a Gentleman, Service Tech from this company was also requested, so he showed up. Awkward situation for all people involved but needless to say I was impressed at the way the man handled the situation gracefully and wasn’t rude to the person that had double booked. (Huge waste of time and money for the company and possibly the tech). Pretty solid in my opinion and that’s why I am leaving them a 5 star review. Integrity is everything and I witnessed that. It’s good to know there are still great companies out there doing things right. Keep it going man, and Above All Staff. 🤘🏼

Ryan and Mike showed up exactly on time. Very courteous and nice gentlemen, very thorough, EXTREMELY respectful to my house and our belongings. Answered all of my questions (even those I asked multiple times, because I am a scatterbrain) in great detail. Looking forward to the next service appointment!

I cannot say enough about "Above All Heating and Air" Fast, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind! This owner knows the true meaning of integrity and customer service. The owner Pete is very generous and I am so grateful to him. I can never repay him for what he did for us. I had no heat for two years. Within two hours he fixed my heater and won our business for as long as he is in business. I would refer him to anyone!

Our A/C went out yesterday in the 95 degree weather so I was looking for a HVAC company with good reviews. I spoke with Pete this morning and he got me right on the schedule. His technicians showed up on time and were so polite and professional. They showed me exactly what part had literally blown up (we had suspected that was the problem) and they replaced it and had us back in a cool house very quickly. While the quality of the service along with the overall professionalism were outstanding, I have to say that what I appreciated even more, was the fact that they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were very straightforward and fixed the problem at the cost they quoted. Extremely happy this repair was under $300. Great job!

I was so happy with these guys! They came out, fixed the problem and my house was nice a cool again. I felt they were honest and gave me a very fair price. They even gave me suggestions to help maintain and keep my air conditioner units running smoothly. I would recommend this company because of their good attitudes, reasonable prices and efficient work.
