We had Action out this week to install 5 mini splits, and remove our old furnace ducts. The entire process from sales to completion today was first rate. Jose, Madie and Manny were our main crew. They were here for 4 days and were prompt, polite and respectful of our property. Also very hard working, cleaned up everyday and kept us informed on the process. Jose went above and beyond in meeting some challenges with our older home. David who came out before the installation to supervise the planning of the project was super informative and helpful. Justin, the "comfort advisor" was our fist interaction with the company and helped us choose the right system for our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend Action Air/Heating and truly want to express our thanks to Justin, David, Jose, Madie and Manny for making this complicated installation as smooth as possible!!

Five star service from action air! Explained everything they were doing and were tidy cleaning up after themselves. Unfortunately, it was a big fix, but that wasn’t their fault but definitely would recommend their service and work, excellent job!

We had a wonderful customer experience with Action Air. From their sales team to the installation team, we appreciated the professionalism and kindness of everyone who worked on our project. When we experienced an electrical issue following installation they responded quickly and ensured it was well resolved. We look forward to working with Action Air again.

Everyone from Jackie and Miranda on the phone to the various technicians that responded to the removal/installation of the new system were superb!
Within the first 5 months there were a couple of concerns with the equipment but a call to Action is all it took to get them back out and they responded right away!
I initially gave them the job as a service sticker on the old ac/furnace showed their name and the prior owner stated that they were always attentive when service was needed.
I’m pretty sure that I won’t be calling anyone else!

Highly recommended. Our system was installed by them 4 years ago and they now did maintenance. They are very professional and know their business. They are responsive but you'll need to wait a bit for an appointment (specially in summer) - It's maybe a proof about how good they are.

Today German had to again, go under the house. He replaced the condensation pump. He was thorough in explaining how it works and the importance of its role in the proper functioning of the whole AC unit. He is a polite and respectful man who was willing to explain things. He checked and doubled checked that the unit was working as it should. A professional service tech whom I would highly recommend. Thank you Action Air.

A special thank you to Bethany L. from Action Air & Heating. Her and her crew did an awesome job placing a new AC unit to replace an old worn out heat pump system. They were over the top friendly, and professional. They left the job site cleaner than it was when they got there. I was very impressed by the knowledge and skill set of Bethany and her crew. They went the extra mile and made sure the installation was not just done to the minimum standard, they did serval things in the process to ensure the system looked streamlined, and the components were secured and set up for success, even if it meant it wasn't the "easy way". Since our home was 30+ years old, there were some challenges. When our job needed a little more attention, Action sent out a field manager, (David A.), who was able to trouble shoot the remaining issue, and promised to have everything up and running that day, and it was! David was very professional and confident in what he does. I highly recommend Action Air & heating, I was impressed and pleased from the initial quote, all the way through the install process. Action Air complete a one-year inspection of my new Heat Pump system. The system has performed flawlessly since Action Air installed it.
The inspection was very thorough, and the technician was professional consistent with my previous experience with Action Air.
The only action was to remind me that it was time to replace my air filter

Luis did a great job listening to what I wanted and executing the job in a quick but quality manner. He is very nice and very knowledgeable. We have been having issues with heat being allocated properly between two rooms and he helped with his solutions to help save money and save repairs in the future. He made sure to show us how to use the equipment and made sure all questions were answered. He is fantastic! Thank you so much!

German was punctual, knowledgeable, professional. He informed me step by step what he was finding, showing me the parts. He gave me options and answered all of my questions completely. I've used Action for a number of years and have been happy with the company and I would definitely recommend German Anguiano.

Service rep was very friendly & detailed with his check up maintenance of my system. He took pictures of my system to very the info he relayed to about what he found during his maintenance check. This was very good because when or if there are repairs to my system those pictures he took will prove the work to be done. I am very pleased with the work my rep preform this visit.

we had an amazing experience using this company! they were recommended on a Facebook or page that I’m in and I am so glad that I called them! The price was under our budget so we decided to upgrade and get a better mini split unit for our master bedroom - which I highly recommend!! even tho our home had central air our bedroom would never cool off. we finally are sleeping in peace!! also I should mention that the installers were very professional and they got bonus points for making friends with my dogs!!

Arturo was fast and accurate. Identified the problem quickly and recommended the correct repair and contacted the manufacture to verify the needed replacement part was covered under the warranty. Arturo left my property as neat and clean as when he arrived. Very professional. Would recommend him and the company he works for to everyone.

German was excellent. He explained all the details I needed regarding my ACU. Unlike big companies, Action Air-conditioning is a stellar company. Other companies would recommend superfluous items and add unnecessary costs. With Action Air-conditioning, you definitely receive their utmost attention and service. Highly recommended!

I really recommend David and Gilbert !! They were both so polite and respectful. Anytime I had a question or request they were both very accommodating. I really like this company but what really made it great for us was having David and Gilbert as our installers. Their customer relations were excellent. Both very competent and skilled. I would say hire Action hearing and air, and ask for David and Gilbert. You will be pleased!!

German did an outstanding job installing a blower fan motor for our furnace. He was courteous, prompt, on time, and very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions as well. German did a great job replacing our thermostat as well. I would highly recommend German for all future jobs.

German installed the replacement part in our furnace. I received a text that he was coming. He arrived on time, and told me about the planned work and how long he expected to take.
