Earnest was very knowledgeable, timely, and had great communication. I felt like he really wanted to help and not just 'duct tape ' a solution. He was a true pleasure to work with and I'll call him again when the need arises.

My home air conditioning had stopped working and the repairman had suggested a little tip to hold us over until he was able to make it over to start repairs.
Once he came over for repairs he was respectful, informative and finished up rather quick!

Earnest came down. Great guy. Very nice. Gave me a break down of what maintenance that needed to be done and when. Cleaned up after himself and came in with his shoes covered. Will definitely have him come down to work on a few.more things.

Earnest arrived on time to fix our heating unit. Quickly started diagnosing the issue and had a fair idea of what the cause was almost right away. Attic access is through a closet and he was conscientious of making sure clothes remained free of attic debris. After fully diagnosing the issue he replaced the defective parts and left us with a working heater. Friendly, professional and extremely effective. Thank You!

EMT-HVAC was not only on time, but reached out to let us know they finished up prior appointments early and asked if they could arrive sooner than our scheduled time which was great.

Earnest arrived with protecting slip covers on his shoes before entering the house, that spoke volumes as this was the first time in all my years of living in different homes that any company of any service that the rep would wear them. THIS act/thought alone was the biggest sign of this man's character and his respect for others, for this reason I will continue utilizing their service and would highly recommend no question.

My AC broke down and I needed a fix STAT. Ernest came out the same day I called him and was able to fix the problem within an hour. He's professional, polite, reliable, and trustworthy. He runs his own business and puts out excellent quality work. Will definitely call him in the future if I have any HVAC needs.

Earnest “EMT-HVAC” is Brilliant , intelligent, patient, kind, skilled, super hardworking, beyond honest, thorough and well priced. I am so blessed to have found Earnest:

I owned a home for 20 years, so it was a no brainer the air conditioning might need to be replace or to be fixed. I called one company with the “red vans” who quoted me $30-40,000k for a new systems only, pressured me and told me no fix/tune ups. If I did fix ups it would be an unconscious prices. I was not financially in the market for a brand new $ unit. Earnest was understanding of that and did not pressure me at all. He inspected my furnaces, which he stated were like brand new (shame other guys wanted to rip them out). My downstairs air was working great, so Earnest changed the motor control, cleaned the van unit and replaced the rusted dust pan for safety and to prevent future damage of my home and other tuned up and fix ups. The top unit after 20 years was gone. So it was disconnected and I was quoted a price substantially less than the other company. So when I am in the Market for the upstairs unit I can get it replaced only and still keep my other air conditioning unit and Furnance. Saving me money and not going in debt 🙏 Call Earnest!! Best Decision I ever made. He is a joy to work with it.

Earnest did an amazing job! He was the best value we found (and I did get multiple quotes), he worked with my schedule since I had multiple contractors involved and was so nice and responsive about everything! Even when we had to take a part out that we didn't think we would need to - he had no problem adding it in. Did a whole new HVAC system install inside and outside in a day. + he cleaned up after himself which I was so thankful for!

Contacted Earnest on the recommendation of a friend. My a/c units were not working for several years. We set an appointment for a few weeks ahead since I was out of two working. He was on time and spent about an hour trouble shooting my units. He provided detailed estimates for the repair work. With 1x unit needing a full replacement and the other needing some parts replaced I was able to approve the repair work and schedule next day service.
Earnest returned the following morning in the rain ( most service technicians would have postponed ) however he did show up on time and completed the work very quickly before I had to leave for work with my A/C up and running.
When I am able to replace my other unit I will not hesitate to contact Earnest . Would also recommend to family and friends . Thanks Earnest for a job well done !!!!

We called EMT HVAC. During the heat wave and we were expecting a 1-2 day waiting time but instead, he was at our house within 4 hours! We had our capacitor replaced and up and running within an hour. Fast, Efficient, polite and friendly! I definitely recommend!

Outstanding service. Earnest was very kind, courteous, and professional, and his experience working HVAC showed by the quality work he provided to my AC unit. He came to my house on Sunday morning after a very warm night the night before as my AC unit was not working. Upon his arrival, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was fast and detailed with the repair as he took his time to provide answers and questions that I had with my AC unit. He was very respectful through out his visit. Please do not hesitate to contact him because his response and communication is top notch . This guy is the best in the game, and his work, professionalism, and character speaks for itself.

We have used Earnest to fix both our upstairs and downstairs AC units in the past. This time around he diagnosed, and replaced out water heater. We originally had went thru our home warranty(AHS). The original guy they sent out was horrible and dishonest wanting to charge a hefty price for our water heater. He also estimated us being without a water heater for almost 2 weeks! My wife called Earnest because we trust him. He came over, next day! and replaced our water heater promptly and efficiently for a fraction of the home warranty estimate. Our water heater was old and bottomed out when it was moved. Earnest was confident and made the job look easy even though I know it was a total pain. We HIGHLY recommend him! I wish out home warranty would hire professional and excellent contractors like him but they don’t. Don’t hesitate to call Earnest! 5 STARS across the board!!
