Always professional and puts in the extra leg work to get me the best prices on equipment. Have been using them for installs and repairs and always a great experience.

I just had Jim from optimal air replace 2 air conditioners in my house in Temecula . I would definitely recommend this company for the following reasons:
1. Amy was very polite and professional and very quick to reply and provide me with an estimate and sent Jim over quickly for an accurate inspection.
2. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable even in August when all other companies charge premium.
3. Their work is very professional. They treat your home with respect and keep everything clean and tidy !

Optimal air installed a new air and heating unit into our home. Jim was very knowledgeable and he was very helpful during the entire process. It was done in a timely manner and the price was very good. I have personally recommended this company to family members and friends. Will be definitely using them again!

If your A/C has gone out or is having issues, THIS is the company you want! Optimal SAVED us during this heatwave and we couldn't be happier or more impressed with every step of the process. Best HVAC in town! Amy and her Husband have been our preferred company for over four years. They have always gotten someone right out to us and have been the most honest and reliable company, which is most important to our home. I used other companies in the past and was very disappointed by their dishonesty and even had to walk one out of my home for trying to rob us in our faces. I called Amy, and her team has always quoted the jobs adequately and never gouged me when there may have been an opportunity. Nothing but Respect for this company ♥️

It was Thanksgiving week and Amy with optimal Air and Heating made sure we had heat!!

We we’re originally given astronomical estimates for repairs that turns out we didn’t even need. Optimal Air Heating & Air Conditioning came in and within an hour, they had completely diagnose the issue and were actively working the repairs needed. We were completely satisfied with the work that was done and wholeheartedly recommend them if you need their services. Jim and Amy are superstars.

I can not express enough how grateful we are to this company. Jim, Anthony and Amy gave us the best experience I've ever experienced in my life..Everyone is super polite and professional. These guys really took their time to make sure the problem was 100% the issue. They said they would come next week and called to come two days later with our new heat exchanger system. They were clean and make sure everything worked great. I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Thank you guys for everything. I will recommend to everyone.

Timely, professional, extremely knowledgeable and all-around nice people. The crew were all polite and courteous. Jim explained everything thoroughly and offered options. Amy at the office was a great help. Wouldn’t call anyone else for ac/furnace issues.

I am so lucky to have found Amy and Jim who own and operate Optimal Air. They were able to do a quick installation of a split unit to our granny flat when we were under contract to purchase our property years ago. I've always been able to reach out to them with questions or if I needed maintenance, and they never hesitate to help or offer advice about how I can affordably care for my equipment. Recently, I received many outlandish quotes from other companies for work I needed on our aging central HVAC unit. I was able to have Amy and Jim diagnose the problem too, as well as take a look at what other companies were proposing to do. Within a few days they were able to help me fix the problem completely at the most reasonable cost. They are kind and respectful, and I am grateful for their generosity and professionalism in helping me take care of our home. Anyone would be silly not to use this excellent company for their HVAC needs!

Brennan came out to assess our A/C unit, which had stopped blowing out cold air and the fan in the unit was not spinning. Luckily it was a quick fix. Cool guy and we’ll be using Optimal again for any future A/C issues.

Brennan was able to come out and thoroughly checked my system for an intermittent rattle.

We needed a new AC system. Optimal Air took care of us. They suggested an inverter AC. I had a lot of questions and prior to the install they took the time to answer them all. The job was done cleanly and no trash was left behind. I would definitely recommend this company. It’s a great local family owned business.

They are the best! I would use or refer anyone else out to you. I have used them since 2019. They kept my old units going along to a ripe old age of 35 yrs! Finally just replaced them and got a great deal there too.

Another great experience with Jim at Optimal Air. Had our HVAC system checked for optimal performance. Jim inspected and tested complete system and replaced filters. We were informed of minor issues and know we’re set for summer and winter comfort. Thanks Optimal!

Optimal Air was professional, responsive, timely and very knowledgeable. They assessed the situation and provided an estimate of the part. The price did not exceed. In fact, we lucked out as the model part we needed was lower than expected. Optimal Air was able to get the part and job done within hours. They repaired our airflow system and followed up with us. Highly recommend this family business!

HONEST, FAIR PRICING, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Was referred to this company from a friend and Im so grateful! Amy was amazing and so understanding with our situation we were in with a SHADY home warranty company. She was able to get a tech out to our property next day. As a small business owner that strives to provide the same qualities with our customers it was so refreshing to meet and do business with another small business with the same values!
