GGS came out to service our 18 year old furnace. After a thorough diagnosis, they educated me on what was wrong with the furnace and shared options for next steps before spending any time repairing. It was a no brainer at that point that it’s better to replace the furnace. They took care of the replacement on time and with excellent workmanship. I bought a home maintenance agreement with them after this experience.

Highly recommend Good Guy services, we were looking to get our HVAC system looked at before the springtime got going and GGS did an excellent job. They were able to schedule for the next day, showed up right on time and went through everything pretty thoroughly. We'd use them again for sure.

We had a “no heat” situation on one of the coldest nights in the Bay Area this winter. Terrible situation. We called Good Guy Services, and they were out here in 20 minutes on an emergency call. Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue and fully educated us on what was going on. Like we assumed, our heater had crapped out and needed to be replaced. But he gave us a temporary solution within an hour so we don’t have to suffer the cold. Came back the following day and changed out our furnace for a new one. All done thoroughly, professionally, and with expertise. We of course also signed up for their maintenance plan. Don’t want to run into this situation again in the future.

I recently had Good Guy Services replace my old HVAC system, and I am very happy I chose them. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and wrapped up the installation neatly.
