All reviews for Construction Concern

I highly recommend Construction Concerns. We just finished replacing all our windows and a sliding door as well as enclosing our patio to make another interior room. They did an amazing job. I appreciated the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Richard and his team were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. They were a word of mouth referral from our neighbors in our townhouse complex and I have already recommended them to several other neighbors. I would choose Construction Concerns if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced construction company that does excellent work.

The windows that were installed, are a great quality and are beautiful. They make my house look more modern, It keeps my house at a good temperature and I really enjoyed the professionalism that was showed by their staff.

I've known Waylan since school days. He was a classy character then, and even classier now. I explained what I wanted to have done, and he gave me all the input I needed. I haven't made my choice on which company to hire. But, if I decide to go through with my project, I'm definitely calling him back and having Construction Concern, Inc do the work. Thanks Waylan.

Richard did an amazing job of explaining window options. Almost a year later we are still thrilled with the end result. Crew was very, very professional, clean up was better than expected. Thank you Construction Concern.

I Was in escrow to sell my house in Culver City. But i am now living In nyc. Shortly after escrow began the covid virus hit the US. My buyers found a leak in the finished basement that seemed to be coming through the foundation. What to do? My Realestate broker got three estimates. Construction concern was who we decided to go with. I was extremely tense, hoping this deal wouldn’t go pear shaped in the middle of a pandemic! So time was of the essence. Richard had his guys dig out the foundation in the front down 8feet, waterproofed the outside wall, replace the soil and the shrubbery in 4 days!!!!!
I deal with contractors all the time. For years. It’s never any fun. This was without a doubt the smoothest most reasonable experience I have ever had. I would recommend Richard and construcion concern to anyone. Who wants an honest, professional hassle free job.

Our kitchen flooded and later molded behind the walls leaving us with so much construction needed and out of our kitchen for quite some time. The owners were so helpful during the process and making sure we felt taken care of and heard. We knew all our options and it was handled in a timely and professional manner which I so appreciated. They helped us navigate communication with the insurance and all of things I honestly did not have time for and did not fully understand. Thank you for being so great to us and making what would normally be a stressful and strenuous process as smooth as possible.

I have lived in the same house for over 23 years, and I finally upgraded my windows through out the whole house. I also put in a new glass slider for the living room and I also had CONSTRUCTION CONCERN take out my old french doors in the master bedroom and they put in a new slider. I am estaic!!!! I love my new windows and sliders. It changed the look of my whole house. I also got an iron rod screen door for the front door. Richard Herron, the owner of CONSTRUCTION CONCERN took real good care of me. The price was affordable, my house looks beautiful and the installers did an amazing job. I just increased the value of my home, by having New windows and sliders put in on top of a new screen door. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I highly recommend CONSTRUCTION CONCERN to everyone.

I love my windows. I got a great price and the guys did quality work. I also had two sliding glass doors put in and they look beautiful. I am very happy And have referred several people to Construction Concern.

. Two main reasons I highly recommend construction concern. The quality of the work was impeccable on a special order very large arched window. My brother ordered the window but he does not have a cell phone or computer so it was difficult for them to contact him for install. I contacted them and they were very accommodating and scheduled us very quickly for the install. They did an excellent job, they were on time and worked efficiently. Communication was excellent.

Richard Herron's legacy of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail in the local construction industry is being admirably carried forward by his son, Waylan. Together at Construction Concern Inc., they exemplify a commitment to excellence and a personal touch that makes every project special. Their combined expertise not only reflects in the quality of work but also in how they manage to exceed client expectations, building trust and lasting relationships within the community. I highly recommend Construction Concern for all your remodeling needs.

Construction Concern was a word-of-mouth recommendation from their previous client. I couldn't have agreed more with this recommendation. Construction Concern did an amazing job on my flooded home. Their entire team and sub-contracters were great to work with especially Mo, the very talented team lead with an infectious smile and a lot of patience. The team kept me informed at every stage of the work while addressing any concerns to my recommended design changes in a very timely and professional manner. Construction Concern's level of service and quality of work surely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reputable construction company. Looking forward to my next project with Construction Concern next month.

After an amazing introduction, to Anlin windows, from Waylan, I ordered 18 windows. This is why:

The performance and warranty for these windows are a matter of record. The only question was, 'what would the installation be like?' Construction Concern has past reviews that could go either way, but this is a family run local business and Waylan said he would honor a 5 year warranty, on their installation, to put my mind at rest.

The installation crew arrived timely and took 4 days to get the job done. They removed all debris and did their best to honor any request I had. I did have questions about the installation process that Waylan answered promptly. He inspected the work and addressed all of my concerns.

During this process, I discovered many of Construction Concern's employees have been with them for decades and take pride in their work product.

Now I enjoy my mountain top views through beautifully well insulated, fire rated, sound reduction windows.

At more than one point he and his crew members asked if I was completely satisfied.

YES, I AM!!!

I can't give praise enough for this company. From the presentation of the project to the installation, the professionalism, precision and skills were just fantastic. Waylan gave us very informative and thorough presentation and the crew who came to install our windows a month later were top notch. They worked diligently from 8am to 4pm to make sure that all the windows were installed properly. They sealed everything inside and outside. I can't thank them enough. They covered everything in hour house to make sure nothing would be damaged and they cleaned and vacuumed everything after the installation.

If you are looking for a quality construction company for a remodel, once you have heard everyone else’s pitch, call Waylan(Sales Manager)and your search will be over! There installation staff have been with them for years, and treat your home as if it was their own. They have given our home a long overdue facelift that gives us instant gratification as well as value. When you are ready, call them…you will not be disappointed!!

So I just wanted to share our renovation progress, we still have so much more to do but super happy at the progress!!! I mainly want to shine the spotlight on a family business that is located in Newhall, they are the reason we have completed a major project, if you need any construction big or small I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Construction Concern!!! Waylan and his guys are amazing, they helped us with new window installation, converting a sliding glass door back to a window, closing up a window and, new front door installation in 3 days, time frame was great and it turned out beautifully!!!!

These guys are great. First off they sell Anlin windows. I didn't know there was such a difference in the quality compared to other window manufacturers but there is. There first day they knocked out 9 windows and 1 slider. It was done neatly and professional. Richard's installation crew was great and had nothing but respect for my home and our belongings. Being in the home improvement business myself I have a very high standard for what I expect when a contractor does work for me. Construction Concern had exceded all of my expectations so much I gave him 2 of my friends, and 1 very good client for new windows. Even a bonus they were less $$ than the competition. From when we ordered our windows to install was less than 5 weeks. If your looking for new windows your search is over finding the rights guys. You just did....

Very happy with the double-pane windows Construction Concern installed! Richard, the owner, went out of his way to explain the different options we had and to assure us that his company, which is local, had been around a long time and would do a great job. He supplied us quickly with a quote, which was lower than others we had received, and responded to any further questions without delay.

His crew, Julio and Manuel, installed our seven windows very professionally, reinstalled our blinds, and did a thorough job cleaning up, all in record time in less than a day. Already I can tell that the Anlin windows are keeping us warmer and with less outside noise.
