Doesn't take harrassment seriously.

Had a company truck cut me off. Then 2 miles down the road ran a stop sign.

lots of unnecessary protocalls in place. way to much micro management. the industry isnt what it was 10 years ago. the old ways worked fine, the new ways (millions spent on meetings and preplanning the plan) are a joke.
