The air conditioner was in need of a new motor because the inside temperature kept going higher.
I took the advice from the technician that it would be less expensive than the cost of the replacement of an entire new unit.
I would not hesitate to reach out to AIRBEST again if their services were required.

They just replaced our shop unit with all new ducting! Met them on a job and after visiting them and seeing they are no joke it was a no brainier. Originally didn't want American Standard (we wanted a budget unit) but found out they have a very competitive price compared to cheaper units. They said it's due to volume. After my visit it made sense. Thanks Airbest

I have been using Airbest for years. They have installed two units in two different houses and have been our go-to for maintenance ever since. I like the dependability of the technicians and the front office. I feel like they are very honest and intelligent when it comes to the unit and the service needs. I highly recommend this company.

Great service. Honest. Not perfect (no contracor is) but after using them to put in 2 new A/C units on my house and service a rental I give them 5 stars. They are a big American Standard installer and give you a great price if your looking for quality and not junk equipment. (Goodman) which I had and broke 3 times in the first 6 months.

AirBest has been great from start to finish. This was our first interaction, but they'll definitely be our HVAC company of choice, going forward. Recommended by our electrician. Front desk was prompt, responsive and professional. They got a technician out to the house asap (within 2 days in the heart of Summer)...who was on-time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Miguel had our problem diagnosed, parts replaced, and our system back up and running within 2 hours. He even gave me his direct phone # for any necessary follow up. Five stars all around for this vendor!

I called this morning and was able to get a technician to arrive within 4 hours to assess and repair a non-functioning A/C unit. Miguel was nothing less than fantastic! He put on booties before entering the house and followed social distance guidelines. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, proactive and very pleasant. Can’t say enough good things about him! Repair cost was also reasonable. Will definitely use them again when needed!

Unfortunately the service person did not have the correct filter sizes and he used blue tape to make the filters smaller. You can see the tape through our vent when you walk by it and it looks super tacky. For what service costs, that is a basic service that should be done properly. The service person was very professional, but just did not have the needed filters at his disposal.

Told us to reschedule after we waited for one hour on a work day. Unprofessional.

Airbest charged us $60 to replace 2 Double A batteries!!!!! Miguel was here 22 minutes, replaced 2 AA batteries in the thermostat, and charged us $185, claiming $185 is their MINIMUM for ANY repair. The service call was $125, which means Airbest charged us $60.00 for two AA batteries!!! Beware!!!!

I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. At first, AirBest (AB) was professional. They made an appointment a week out for a standard service call on our hvac. We’re a new customer to them. They confirmed it with a 1/2 hour timeframe to appear via email. When they missed that, we called and they gave us a new time to arrive in the early afternoon. AB missed both committed windows.

Despite a bunch of conflicting excuses by AB, both target times came and went with no proactive calls by AB providing any updates. Ultimately, despite sitting around for an entire day (again, with a confirmed appointment) AND calling AB twice for updates, they never showed up, called us or reached out the day after. They just let us go as a customer, with no thought, no apology, and no attempt to reschedule.

Definitely AB is not a business I’d ever choose to use again, let alone, recommend. Shameful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! They are extremely unprofessional, do terrible work, and STEAL.

They installed our HVAC in our new construction house. It leaked. They said it was dried out. Months later, their tech came to do routine required maintenance. Then the system then LEAKED AGAIN. We were told it was due to problems with the installation. They said everything was fixed. Water damaged areas were supposedly remediated. Inside of the attic crawl space, inside our walls and the back of our closet built-ins (below the leak from the system) grew TONS OF BLACK MOLD. We paid tens of thousands to fix this.

Our family has had many expensive medical bills to test for and treat our ongoing medical issues from the mold exposure.

For MONTHS AND MONTHS we asked the company about installing filters in our system.

They took our deposit for very expensive filters.

We had NUMEROUS appointments to install the filters where they NO SHOWED. I have called them SO MANY TIMES to ask to reschedule. Finally I gave up and asked for my deposit to be returned. They acknowledged several times that they will return the deposit. I have called, texted and emailed DOZENS of times and they have still not returned the deposit.

A new employee told me that they don’t have the money to return my deposit. They offered to give us free services to cover the deposit. I said they already no showed so many appointments that I’d rather save my time and have my money returned. They said they don’t know when they can pay it.

Months later, I still haven’t received my deposit back despite many many more requests. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

STAY AWAY!!!!

I think this place may be permanently closed. I’ve left several voice mail messages, emails, and no response whatsoever. They did some work a few years ago, and sold me a maintenance package that was never really used.
