Today I had a brand new Bosch heating and AC unit put in by Comfort Experts Heating and Air.
My installers for the job were Michael and Drew and they did a fabulous job. They were courteous, professional, and left everything nice and tidy. The two young men explained how to use the new smart thermostat, which was tremendously helpful considering I am definitely technology challenged. I spoke with Frank the owner of the company about what I was looking for and Frank has been such a Blessing. It is very refreshing to see a company that really cares about their customers and the service that they provide. Thank you

Trae, the technician, arrived on time, very detailed, professional and took the time to explain things. Trae possesses excellent customer service skills and was truly wonderful to interact with.

Dean & Frank changed my furnace in one of my units already & today they came back to do maintenance on other units , they did excellent job. Frank explained everything, very knowledgeable & professionals. I will definitely use them for all my properties.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. I was impressed at the get go with the cheerful receptionist who set me up with an appointment right away. Texting me with prior information about who and when my technician would arrive was so convenient. C. arrived with his calling card and a friendly disposition. He walked me through every detail of my rusted out HVAC system. C. listened to me as we discussed options. He called in the “A Team” who arrived with my new, efficient system. J, K,D, and M arrived shortly ready to provide me with air conditioning by the end of the day. They were polite, hard working, friendly guys. I was taught how to work the thermostat so I could easily understand. All areas were left cleaner than they found them. I am a very happy customer. My Bosch HVAC system is quiet, takes up less space, and works perfectly.

Our system was not working at all. It was fixed in under 30 minutes. Great service, very friendly and professional.

The tech Dean was great at doing the maintenance service on our unit and cleaned it for us. He also provided detailed photos of the unit so we can see what’s going on in there. Had a mishap with the coolant on my new HVAC system but Michael came to make it right. Things happen but fixing them graciously goes a long way with me.

4/7 Dean came out to tune up our air conditioner and made some needed repairs. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We look forward to replacing the existing ductwork. We are very satisfied with Comfort Experts.
