Dray Heat and Air was so wonderful. our AC went out on the hottest day ever and they sent their man Casey out. He was so nice and respectful and fixed our issue right away. We were so miserable. I couldn’t believe how fast they got to us. I’m sure they were so busy!!! Thanks so much!

Called with an issue with our AC at an industrial location. Responded immediately. The tech wasted zero time identifying the issue. Was up and running within 30 minutes. I would recommend Dray Heating and Air to ANYONE, residential or industrial. They get it done! When I got the bill I told them they were too cheap and I’d pay more, but they refused. So, if that doesn’t mean anything to you, keep getting taken advantage of with sub par repairs. Dray will fix it right the first time.

I would definitely recommend this Dray Heating and Air. I had been having an issue with the fuses on my heating and air conditioning unit. The fuses continued to trip after a short period, and I called them for my issue. To my surprise, they had time the same day I called. They came out and provided a solution and it has not had a problem since the call. They also told me to watch out for a few issues and told me what I should expect. The unit was repaired, and I was given information to be proactive for possible upcoming issue. I was very pleased with the service and will call in the summer for maintenance.

They were professional, transparent and honest while they were installing my brand new HVAC system. The reason why I chose Dray heating and Air is, because of my former time I used them. Right from the start, it was transparency and honesty that gained my trust. I chose them specifically to do the brand new install because of there professionalism.. Dray Heating & Air is the best! Our air conditioner gave out on us on the first day of a major heat wave. After getting an honest estimate from Dray, this wonderful company replaced our air conditioner in a timely manner. We couldn't be more grateful for the efficient work and kind customer service! Dray HVAC did a complete system upgrade/ replacement for us. We had an old heat pump system that was old (when I say old it was made when rotary phones were common) we had fixed it numerous times and was referred to Dray last year by a friend. What a great referral Chris was, he gave me options for our home. We added a few upgrades, every step of the way my questions were answered. The installation was quick and easy, both Chris and Casey we very professional and did a great job. I would recommend Dray for maintenance and or full replacement.

Chris came out today to do a routine check on our AC. This was the second time he’s come out and he remembered us! He was quick but efficient. Told us our refrigerant was low, explained what would happen if we didn’t add more and also told us the cost (per pound) to add what was missing. We trust what he told us and didn’t hesitate to get it taken care of even though it was an additional cost we didn’t plan for. Not know enough about AC stuff, it’s important to have someone that is trustworthy and also good at what he does. Thank you!
