We have this company do various work on our restaurant and home. They are VERY KNOWLDGABLE on everything HVAC. he doesn't waste time, he finds the problem and fixes thing super fast with NO mistakes, They are the best in the business, I've used many before, but none as good as these people... second to none! top notch!

This company is phenomenal. They came out to my elderly mother's house,diagnosed the problem, put her in a window unit to help her out and put in a new ac unit in. All within a few days. The heat was unbearable and they were so professional. I will recommend this company over and over.

Noe Peña, owner, of Peña Refrigeration, was highly recommended to us as a person with entigrity and a strong work ethic, who stands by his work and, we believe, Noe Peña was a "Godsend" to us, because of what we experienced due to another's failure to correctly diagnose, and because of the water damage to our ceiling, from the attic unit, and because of, but not limited to, a cracked condensate trap, unclammped hoses, and obstructed drain lines, which were not properly sloaped, among other things.
Noe Peña, and his team, next serviced our basement unit, removing the rust and corrosion throughout and, replumbing that unit, as well as throughly cleaning all filters, motors and coils and, removing any debris which had accumulated inside of same over the past several months, because of another company's failure to honor and maintain their service agreement with us.
Lastly, I wish to take this opportunity to thank Noe Peña, and his Peña Refrigeration Air System team, for the patience, kindness, and compassion, shown to us, while our units were being worked on during these last two months. We will always be grateful.

Johny Madrid came to our house over two days and methodically troubleshot and fixed our ac unit. He switched out a confusing thermostat for a better one and he discovered and replaced a faulty capacitor on our outside unit. I would not hesitate to call on Pena Refrigeration again to service our unit. Top notch, professional service.

I called Pena Refrigeration during the cold freeze in town.. I happily was scheduled first thing the next morning! Alex showed up on time and did a complete review of my system. Alex then notified me that it turned out to be some loose wires. Happily it was repaired for a minimal amount. Next thing you know we were up and running again! Thank you Pena!

My heater was acting up. I called Peña. They sent out Alex, very nice knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part And Alex installed it now my heater Works beautifully… I would like to thank Alex and Pena air for their quick and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend them.

We live in the LaLoma area and have an older heater. It wasn’t shutting off and our gas bill was outrageous. I spoke to an actual person on the phone ( every time I called) they scheduled a time that worked for us. Tim arrived and wore booties to protect my new carpet. He found our old thermostat wasn’t operating correctly and found a replacement that was easy for us to use. I signed up for the maintenance plan. We were extremely happy with their service.

My heater was blowing cold air. I called Pena Refrigeration and they were able to come out that same day. The technician was polite and thorough. He was able to get me up and running for a reasonable rate. Thank you Rebecca in the office for fast service would definitely recommend these guys. They are AWEAOME!

These guys are Awesome! We had another company out and they disgnosed that we needed a new A/C unit. Wanting another opinion we scheduled Pena to come out. They scheduled for very next day only a 2hr window, arrived on time and Tim did a complete diagnostic. We ended up needing a part and it was only $200 versus the $11k the other company wanted. My unit was up and running the same day. I will Only use them and recommend them to my friends and family!!

Alex came out to service our A/C unit which was old and in need of replacement but he worked on it and got it repaired and is working great!!! I was so impressed with his knowledge of this old unit he was thorough and explained everything —he was professional in working with the property mgmt folks. I am so pleased with this company and their personnel YAY customer service has returned. Thank you I will call Pena for my HVAC needs always. And good job Alex!!

Noe, the owner, was fantastic! He took the time to walk me through everything and patiently answered all of my (many!) questions. Once we decided on the system I wanted, he mentioned it might take a couple of days to get a team scheduled — but just a few hours later, he called back to say they had a cancellation and could install it the same day!

This was right after the first big heat wave of summer, so their quick response was a huge relief. The installation team was professional, respectful of my home, and did excellent work. They even went above and beyond by replacing a broken fuse box from the old unit at no extra charge.

I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend Pena Refrigeration!

They came out, checked our freezer unit, took $375, and said it would go down to proper temp until they ordered the part needed. Checked on the temp all day and it never dropped. Soon enough, the freezer motor gave out and left us off worse than before. When confronted with this fact, their office rep said that we were lying and that there was nothing that they could guarantee. Overall, $375 down the drain.
