An overall great experience, we needed to replace our old HVAC and had a full new system installed with a heat pump!
The great experience started with Robert, providing us with a careful explanation of each quoted option, and brought clear information of the potential rebates that would apply to the new system, and Fairview was the only company, out of the 3 other quotes we did that gave us rebate information.
Heather at the front desk was very helpful in scheduling our installation, as well as quickly helping us out with our questions. Our installation crew were very respectful of our property, very polite about our space as by being workers from home, it was appreciated that they gave us space where possible!
Installation was up to standards, they braced, sealed and connected everything by the book! We had a follow up visit with Jerry who went above and beyond to address a nitpicking issue we had with the roof vent!

Fairview Heating and Air Conditioning came to the rescue and they were fantastic! I highly recommend them if your A/C needs repairs. Our blower motor burned out in our A/C unit. Fairview Heating and Air Conditioning sent out Grant, who was quick, efficient, and made the job at hand look easy. Grant had all the parts AND the motor on hand. Grant was kind enough to give me a little education on my system while he replaced the motor in what I can only describe as record time. I'm handy, but Grant is the master!!! Thank you Grant! and Thank you Fair View Heating and Air Conditioning.

Nice tech, competent, knowledgeable. Installed my new WIFI Thermostat very quickly. Signed up for bi yearly service. Happy to have a local company for service. Don't leave your HVAC to chance, forced to hire whoever is available when it breaks down. Get on a maintenance plan so you'll be an established customer and get priority when the heat wave lasts for record breaking sustained temperatures and your system breaks down.

Jerry was so helpful. As he cleaned & checked the furnace, he explained everything he was doing and why. Also, he showed me how to change batteries in the thermostat. He also explained the need to replace a couple items...so much common sense!.....Today he came to fix the two issues on the furnace. He explained exactly what he would be doing (furnace in garage). I came inside and when he was done, he said everything went well. He's a great technician.

Fairview is exactly what I expect from a company. No hassles, good prices, good service, friendly people. Grant took care of a call-out on emergency today for me then incorporated a system check I had scheduled in 11 days too. All in all a great experience with Fairview Heating and Cooling!

Brad was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the issue and got our furnace working again quickly. He took the time to answer my questions, and delivered excellent customer service. The person who answered my call was also friendly, helpful , and very efficient. These guys provide not only great service but they also work with you regarding getting good quotes, talking to you about the products, explaining the warranties, and making sure you get any discounts or rebates available. They are quite responsive, and Jessica in the office makes sure you have been taken care of. I appreciate working with this whole crew.

Called because our AC stopped running. They were able to come out the next day which was great! Jerry was our technician and he was awesome. Diagnosed the unit and went over the issue with me. Answered all of my questions, even explained it further when I didn’t quite understand. He was thorough and checked the unit for any other issues. I would definitely recommend Fairview Heating and Air Conditioning.

AC unit decided to stop working on a Saturday (6.22.24), and it was one of those hot days!! Did some quick trouble shooting myself, but no luck. Knew it would be hard to get service over the weekend, and that late into the day so I just dealt with it the best I could, but what I did do is go to Fairview's web page and submit a request for service.
Yes, this feature does work because 1st am on Monday (6.24.24) I received a call from Heather (very polite & receptive) informing me that she had received my request for service and was calling to schedule. Heather informed me that they did have an opening for service with a time frame of 12 - 4pm. No problem told her I was available and thank you for responding to my request. Heather did inform me up front that they do have a $89.00 dispatching fee, which is for sending tech out to diagnostic issue. I was aware of this because I have used Fairview in the past.
Tech (Keanu) arrives about 140pm, in company van & company shirt. Keanu introduces himself and we briefly discuss the issue. I show Keanu where AC unit is, and he does his diagnostic. Keanu lets me know he has found the issue, and he can make the repair. He informs me of what the issue is and what the cost to make the repair will be before he does the work. I approve the cost, and repair is made. Very satisfied with the whole service from the call by Heather to the service by Keanu.
I will mention that this is not the 1st time I have used Fairview. I believe I have used them 2 -3 prior for general servicing of my AC & furnace units, and on all occasions, I was satisfied with Fairview. One thing I like is tech's don't try to "Up Sale" you, and their pricing is fair.

This company was great to deal with. Robert, the owner, spent a lot of time going over our options. We feel we got the best deal and service with this company after interviewing several. Jerry was also great. Very professional. Our daughter's coil on her air conditioner happen to break at the same time ours was out. Fairview helped with hers as well, again with great results. Would highly recommend.

I purchased an electric furnace and a heat pump from Robert Conner, the transaction and installation went very well! I highly recommend this company. We both honor our words and follow through until it was completed. I appreciate the fact that he disclose info on rebates and direct me on choosing lenders to finance my project. Our furnace died a couple of days before Christmas. It’s 24 years old, and we fully expected to hear it needed to be replaced. The tech was right on time (super friendly!), and walked us through the simple repair. We asked about making it more efficient, and he came up with a couple of options. After hearing that our unit was totally fine and should last at least a few more years, we decided to upgrade the fan. We had another service call when the part came in, and things are running smoothly. We will definitely be using Fairview again, and will recommend them whenever we can. They came highly recommended as a small, local union shop. And they were fantastic. Thanks!!

I had such a great experience with Fairview Heating & Air!! My AC went out right in the middle of a big heat wave. I was recommended them by a friend and the recommendation couldn't have been more perfect. We had Jerry helping us, and he was super friendly and knew exactly what to do to get us back up and running! Thanks so much!!

Robert and his team went above and beyond to take care of us. We got a ridiculous quote to replace our tiny furnace that required ripping out a wall to get the new one in. Fairview heating and air was able to get us a unit that fit without messing with the wall and they started right away at a good price.
A week later we heard a funny sound from the heater and Jerry from Fairview Heating and Air came to check it out the next day. He was very friendly, fixed the issue (which was our fault not the heaters) and showed us how to program our thermostat.
I highly recommend them!

I have a home warranty and requested someone to come out and see why A/C was barely putting out any air. The warranty sent a company out and the tech. said the a/c was fine. He explained that because our system was 24 years old, we needed a new system, to the tune of $9000, (after insurance paid). I asked about the motor being replaced and was told that's not possible. I requested another company come out and look at the motor. After two no-shows, I cancelled them.
So I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Fairview Heating and Air. Should have done that first.
I received several messages regarding the appointment and the tech. arrived at the scheduled time. The tech. discovered the wiring had somehow been reversed and the motor was running backwards. Something we never touched.
For the cost of a service call, (less than $100.00) the tech. had our system repaired.
He did add that the motor may fail because of possible damage from running backwards, however, the cost of replacement is less than $2,000.00.
I highly recommend Fairview Heating and Air.

Fairview always has the most polite, professional, and kind staff. Jerry has been our tech the last couple of years and is very knowledgeable, and never tries to price gouge or inflate an issue. They are always prompt, and they never give us the run around. They are fair and honest and we cannot recommend them enough.

Since our heating & air system is 21 years old we started to worry it would fail soon and probably in the middle of a heat wave. To be proactive we decided to replace now.

Twelve years ago we had a maintenance program with a different company that insisted we needed to replace our whole 9 year old Summerset system. A neighbor suggested we get a second opinion from Fairview. We were so glad we did. Turned out we only needed an inexpensive fix of a wire instead of an entire new system. We so appreciated their honesty and professionalism that we switched to Fairview for their maintenance program. Our “go to” servicemen Grant or Jerry have kept our system running much longer than many neighbors.

We recently set up an appointment with Robert, the owner of Fairview, to replace our furnace and air conditioner. It is obvious that the honesty and professionalism comes from the top down. We will soon be enjoying our new system before another heat wave. I will write again after the installation, but am confident we will be pleased as usual.

Fairview Heating & AC were great! They sent Grant to our home, who quickly diagnosed the issue and even made some recommendations for future upkeep to our system. Our problems were fixed within the 1 visit and the service level was fabulous! I will be sharing the referral with all our neighbors!
