Andrew was amazing and was able to repair our A/C unit very quickly and efficiently. He was able to come within one hour of me calling in on a Saturday! Once he removed the A/C box, we were surprised with 3 fried rats!!🤢 He was able to remove them and fix our A/C and Its working great! We would highly recommend this company and Andrew!

We had David come out to do hot water heater flush and James to do HVAC clean up. They were both exactly on time and took care of everything very fast. Great company! Myra, who does dispatch is also great!

Called for an appointment to have our ac evaluated because it stopped working and was able to get an appointment for the next day during a heat wave. They actually came that same evening because they had availability 🙏 Andrew told my husband what needed to be done and was able to get us back up and running with a plan for future services!

I recently had a problem with my heater which I had purchased through American plumbing and heating. Service tech Nick came to house and diagnosed the problem. Nick was extremely courteous and professional. He really had a great deal of job knowledge and explained everything to me. He is very personable and friendly. I think we really kind of hit it off. He is a "good guy". I am very satisfied with American plumbing and heating.

The heater in my home was working sporadically, so I contacted APH&AC. They were exceptionally courteous and fit me in their busy schedule for the same day. The repairmen were prompt, professional and did a thorough check of possible areas that might be affecting the heating system. They spent about 90 minutes (which far exceeded just the typical "here's the problem, here's your bill"). Once the issue was detected, they let me know the anticipated cost of the part and what the results would be. I was very happy with their work, professionalism and courtesies and highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend American Plumbing Heating and Air. After discovering a leak in our home, I called American Plumbing at 7:00am on a Friday and spoke with Myra. She was fantastic and dispatched David to come take a look. He arrived 30 minutes later and within 3 days, David and Ozzie were able to diagnose, repair and repipe our home. They were responsive, on time, and went above and beyond to fix our home. David and Ozzie didn't even break for lunch. Afterwards, they did a spectacular job cleaning up and putting everything back they had to move. They even swept the garage! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of us!

David did the plumbing work in our new house. He is very professional and love his work. Will recommend him for sure with friends and coworker!! Couldn't be more happy with his professionalism as well as his assistant. He answered all questions and they both has good work ethic!

I called American Plumbing Heating & Air (APH) after another company (Sears) told me I had to wait for three days to get service. APH informed me that it would be a three hour wait. They called me back in a half hour to inform me that theu would be by sooner than originally estimated time. They diagnosed and repaired my issue prior to the original show time. Excellent service my new first call for heating & AC

We had a couple of different clogs that needed to be fixed. I called American Plumbing and Mike came out just 2 hours later. He was super personable, got the job done quickly, and went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend their services and will definitely call Mike in the future if we have any other issues.

During the recent downpours our yard drainage system plugged up. David A. from American Plumbing came out to check on the problem. We received a confirmation call and a call telling us he was 20 min. away. We explained the problem, then he said he would check out a couple of places that could be causing the blockage. Very informative and read our system correctly. After snaking both sides of the house, he showed us where the snake stopped because of blockage. He worked this way for hours. We were quoted a price and that was what we were billed. He needed to come back the next day with a camera and a locator. The problem spot was found and fixed. David was a pleasure to work with, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

I had a slab leak. When I called American Plumbing for a quote, they set up an appointment.. David gave me several options on the repair. I obtained multiple quotes and choose to go with American Plumbing. David and his helper James did the work with professionalism and efficiency. I am very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Juan and Andrew were amazing. My neighbor bought a new furnace and recommended them to me. It is a great furnace, great price, and friendly, clean and efficient workers.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing. After previous company was unable to determine root cause I called America plumbing heating and air. Andrew was able to troubleshoot non-functioning heater within 30 mins. Once replacement gas valve was installed, issue was resolved. Highly recommend this company to friends and family.

We needed a new toilet and kitchen faucet installed. We called American Plumbing in the late afternoon. Next morning David was here for an estimate. Day after he and Ozzy came to work. They were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up everything. And a shout out to Myra who runs the phone! We will use American Plumbing again.

I had an issue with my toilets and had to completely turn off water to my house. American Plumbing sent David and Mike out the same day and had us up and running under an hour. I really appreciated their customer service, efficiency, and that I talked to a person on the phone, instead of having to leave a message. I would definitely recommend this company for their plumbing services.

He was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Their prices are very competitive (we've checked a few other local places), all the staff I've interacted with in their office are professional and helpful. Fast reliable service- would definitely recommend!

I used American Plumbing for both a plumbing inspection as well as to come out to inspect the AC/Heater. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from David for Plumbing and Nick for the Heating/AC. Both were very friendly, professional and prompt. Andrew was awesome when it came to repairing our AC. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our Capacitor went out and he immediately ordered parts and checked our refrigerant levels along with replacing filter. Highly recommend Andrew for any AC matters. He SAVED the day! Anita is very nice and friendly over the phone, She was able to schedule me with the soonest appointment that worked with my schedule along with notifying me when Andrew was on his way. Woke up with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. Called one company and they wouldn’t be out there for another week. Called American and had someone out within the hour. David was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed our leak. He actually found another one that he repaired also, I would use this company again.

I was not at my house when I was notified by the company that supplies our soft water that the pressure in the house was very high. I called a plumber from a different company and met him at the house yesterday. He told me the cost of the pressure relied valve would be $400, just for the valve itself! That's quite a markup for a valve that I could get for $115. In addition, the total price was very, very high. That ended my contact with that plumber. I called American Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning after I checked out their site. They had excellent reviews and are local. They scheduled a plumber to my house the next morning. I was quoted a very reasonable price to have the pressure relied valve, water shut off valve, and a hose bib installed. The plumbers were professional and friendly. The office staff was excellent as well, very friendly, and set up an appointment right away. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. Sign me, a satisfied customer.
