Raw heating and air worked in a timely manner and were all very professional. Rodger(the owner) knows his stuff when it comes to ac needs , he was able to complete a project that he didn’t start ! I would highly recommend This company !!! This company responds in a timely manner but also shows up promptly to work , I can’t say enough good things about this company ! 100 stars needed for this !!!

Roger was amazing and figured out the HVAC problem in a few minutes what neither the HAVAC manufacturer nor the original installer of my Innovair unit could figure out in many hours and repeated visit to my house.
Then he replaced a large piece of drywall that had to be cut out for troubleshooting and framed it with a 2X4 without any additional charge.
On top of that he did a follow-up visit to check on everything after the initial repair and spent almost 2 more hours making sure everything is 100% and didn't even charge me for that extra time when I offered.
Would recommend him to anyone and will for sure never use anyone else for my future HVAC problems.

Roger is the man for your HVAC needs. My old system went out and he swapped in a new system for me at a much better price than others I had quote the work. On top of that, he went above and beyond to reroute some drain lines through my house so that the new system would drain to a more concealed place outside and not stain my concrete like the last drain was doing. I recently hired Roger to install a new AC system and replace my existing furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had 6 contractors come by to bid on the project and he seemed to be most knowledgeable and upfront about his approach. I initially chose him based previous reviews about his quality workmanship and clean installations, and he more than lived up to the hype.

He never tried to upsell me on unnecessary equipment or services. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options and focused on what I needed, not what would pad his bottom line. I also requested that permits be pulled and proper ducting installed to satisfy my home insurance requirements, and he handled everything seamlessly. When the third-party inspectors came by, they were thoroughly impressed—commenting that the installation passed with flying colors and was one of the best they’d seen compared to similar homes in the area.

My project also required a new electrical conduit, which Roger was able to facilitate efficiently and tucked neatly to avoid an eyesore.

If you’re looking for an HVAC professional who takes pride in his work and focuses on quality installs, I can’t recommend Roger enough.

Roger was the first contact made for my ac/heat pump condenser install. I had a brand new unit in hand that I needed installed, setup and new thermostat wire and unit installed. Roger was communicative right from the start. He came out, provided a fair written estimate and scheduled the job. He arrived with his helper punctually, and provided professionalism and follow-through all the way until completion. We had some unexpected hiccups along the way (compatibility issues and need for freon), but Roger worked tirelessly to get us up and running all the way to the end. What we thought would be a 3 hour install, ended up taking twice the time due to the unexpected. But where Roger stood out was the fact that he and his partner stuck through until the finish line without hesitation. What might have ended up in frustration and disaster with other firms, was not the case with RAW. While in the end the price went up substantially (due to my job's additional needs); I'm sure that if I would have gone with someone else it could have ended up disastrous! Roger you stand above the rest in your work ethic, high standards and intense knowledge and skills! You are the real deal, and my biggest suggestion is to never forget these facts; and to let others know before they hire you that you'll be on the job until it's complete no matter what curve balls get thrown your way. Thank you immensely for your honesty and care of our job! You will be our go-to for future needs!
