Entire experience was OUTSTANDING! I got quotes from three different companies and Anthony from Diamond Air was the best for equipment options and price. The installation crew (Aldo, Oscar, Will & Carl), were professional, and courteous, while providing quality craftmanship services. They kept me informed on the status of their work. Completed work within the promised time schedule. Upon completion work area was clean.

Received a quote from Anthony for a full AC and furnace change. He was very polite and explained to us everything that needed done. A very detailed quote was sent. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Job was done by the beginning of next week. Crew was very polite. Only issue was cleaning after the project. There was some messed left. Anthony came and did a final walkthrough and easily fixed the next day! Installation, HERS and city inspection all done within the week. Awesome customer service!! Highly recommend!

I recently had Diamond Air out for maintenance on my HVAC. I was very impressed with their customer service. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and the technician arrived on time. Mac Apocada was very professional, attentive and friendly. He took the time to explain in detail his process and I feel much more educated now about HVAC units and Nest thermostats. Mac provided excellent service and I will definitely hire Diamond Air again for all my future needs.

I called Diamond when our house had an issue with heating. They scheduled Mac to come over within 48 hours to get our system assessed. While here, he gave us information on our system, explained what he thought might be wrong and even did maintenance on our AC so we’d be set for the summer. When we realized we were still having the problem after he left that day, he came right back the next day with more ideas and suggestions and fixed it. I never felt like I was being upsold anything, the whole organization was prompt and Mac was very friendly and honest. They assured me they had our information on file and I will definitely call them the next time we have an issue!

I called Diamond Air for maintenance on my air conditioning unit and they sent a technician named Baran who was very professional and on time. Highly recommend and reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend Diamond Air. They were on time, professional yet friendly. They came in focused on their job and worked so well together. They got my install done in a timely manner. They even had a truck pick up my old AC unit and removed it by 10:30am which I was happy about. We had 4 hard working technicians here and their boss even stopped in to see if his crew needed anything which they did not because they were prepared and had everything they needed. All 4 technicians were very courteous and thoughtful about taking extra precautions to keep my property inside and out very clean. They tested my air and heat before leaving and made sure I was satisfied which I was extremely satisfied. I’m going to refer Diamond Air to all my family and friends, that’s how much I liked their service.

Mike came out to check out my ac. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable about the system I have. He answered all my questions and recommended I do somethings that could help out keeping my place cooler. He showed me where and how to replace my filter. I recommend Mike and Diamond Air Services to everyone. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Diamond Air has always been quick to respond and their techs always do a great job troubleshooting the problem with my HVAC and AC Condensers. I have used them for 3+ years now and will continue to recommend them to friends and family within their service area!

Anthony and his team were awesome from start to finish. Upfront pricing that beat out multiple competitors and no pressure on sales. Communication was excellent. The crew who came to install 2 complete hvac units were professional and friendly. They kept my house clean with drop cloths and picked up afterwards. My HVAC unit is pretty old and wasn’t really functioning properly, 30+ years old and so I needed an honest opinion if it was time to upgrade. Called up Diamond Air services to check it out and spoke to Anthony to set up a schedule, Joey showed up and diagnosed the whole unit and gave me an intelligent honest opinion. We decided to upgrade and Anthony gave me a thorough breakdown on how the process goes. Scheduled the week after for install and would take 2 days. On the day of install the crew showed up, Bobby, Mike, I believe (Sean and Carl? And another person) I’m sorry if I didn’t remember the names correctly. They were courteous, efficient, and fast. One crew worked outside on the AC and another in the attic for the heater/duct work. They were done on time and did an awesome job. The AC was finally blowing nice cool air all over the house, It felt great. There was a slight issue with the heater fuse and primary drain being clogged, so they rescheduled to come back and fix it. Joey showed up to do the fuse install and fixed the main drain clogged and everything is now working properly. Overall Diamond Air services did an excellent job and I would definitely use their service again. If you ever need help, Anthony is the person to call. Thank you Diamond Air Service for the awesome job!!
Edit: update, still had issues with the AC primary/secondary drainage and Mac did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing the problem.

We had Diamond Air Service install our carrier in 2021, and recently, the fan outside our house stopped spinning. I texted Anthony this morning, and he replied instantly. Within an hour, he sent two technicians to fix it. Everything is now working perfectly. I’m very happy with their fast and efficient customer service!

Diamond Air Services deserved more than 5 stars review! Service call a couple days ago for furnace issue. Anthony M. immediately scheduled one of the technicians, Mac to come out to inspect the unit on the next day. Mac was very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. After diagnosed, a new part was needed. New part arrived a couple days later and new appointment was scheduled. Mac and Will came out to repair the unit in a just a couple hours. Their service was efficient. My furnace is back on running. I'm extremely satisfied. Yay.... :) Great company with excellent staff from Anthony, Mac, Tiffany and Will. What's a good team. Last but not least, it was very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your service and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Excellent Experience.

Jose arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and replaced a part. My heater is working beautifully. Jose also took the time to go over the thermostat. Great job! I'm very satisfied with Diamond Air!

Our furnace died a few days before Christmas--the worst timing ever! I saw how good the reviews were for Diamond Air Services, so I gave them a call. Anthony was here within the hour, I had an estimate that day, and we were getting a new heating system installed within a few days. Excellent price, superb customer service, he's on-time and communicates, and his team was spectacular, clean, and professional. We could NOT have asked for anything else. Thank you, Diamond! We have found our forever service provider in you!

Diamond Air personnel were very professional led by Anthony M. We had our whole AC unit replaced including all the filters, thermostats and duct cleaning done. Anthony M was very prompt in coming to our house and emailed us an estimate an hour after he left our house. He was again very professional and prompt when we decided to use their service a few weeks later. The whole crew came in and installed our new AC unit in one day. They were very meticulous in what they do and never rushed in installing the unit and the filters. We would highly recommend Diamond Air.

Household AC was nonfunctional for a week--Diamond Air sent a technician out the next day after I called who fixed things up in a flash. Special thanks to Jose, thank you for the expertise and the advice!

Mike was great helping me out with my ac thermostat setup. He walked me through all the app setup as well and showed me where to find phone numbers in case I need to contact Diamond Air for questions. A great experience from the appointment making to the final installment!

Jose and Oscar B from Diamond Air Services did an amazing job figuring out what was really wrong with my HVAC unit . They showed up on time and were really polite and patient with all my questions and concerns . They did a thorough scan of my unit and changed out a bad capacitor , and even tightened up some loose cables so ran much quieter . I'll be coming back to Diamond Air for all my future needs.
