This guy came out and knocked it out of the park. We had a drain issue and he had us up and running within three hours completely cut out the bad piping and had it all replaced. Thank you, Protech.

Gilbert did the gas hookups for our backyard barbecue, fire pit and fireplace. He also plumbed the outdoor shower and created a concrete pad for it. On another occasion he installed a new kitchen faucet for us and on yet another made a water heater repair. Very highly recommended.

As usual always happens on weekend. This time Sunday. Almost every year this kitchen sink give me problem. Called a plumber around my area. Came in but was not able to clear the pipe. He said we need access from outside otherwise he cant do it. Gave me some price but way too high. Called Pro tech plumbing. I told him what the other plumber told. Send him some pix and gave me estimate which is way lower than the other company. He came in an hour. Fixed the pipe, made an access from outside and done in the time he promised. Nice guy and nice work. Will recommend. Thanks Pro tech.

I have used protech plumbing before they came over awhile back to change out my sink faucets on my lower bathroom and I called them back again cuz I had an issue with my upstairs shower valves and toilet that were leaking , Gilbert did an amazing job in repairing that! I would highly recommend protech services for your plumbing needs!

Misleading Tactics and 200% Markup
Rating: ⭐ (1 Star
I called Pro Tech for a quote on a 40-gallon GE RealMAX Choice water heater installation. Despite advertising a 10% senior discount and finding them through a recommendation, the experience was disappointing.
The technician quoted me $1,900.00 for a simple "one-for-one" swap in an easily accessible exterior cabinet. This is a massive markup considering the unit retails locally for ~$700 and I already have code-compliant seismic straps and hoses in place.
To make matters worse, the technician claimed that GE RealMAX Choice water heaters "are not for sale anymore." This is Factually Incorrect. I verified with multiple local retailers (Lowe's and Home Depot) that these units are in stock and currently available.
I value industry and order, and this felt like a classic "upsell" tactic using misinformation. If you’re a senior or a business owner looking for honest pricing, I suggest looking elsewhere and doing your own price-checking first.
