Great Company and Excellent work from Start to Finish!!

Scheduling was easy, they responded right away. Andreas was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was replacement parts in his van which was a good surprise. He fixed my AC in less than 30 mins. Couldn’t be happier!

Bravo! Bravo! I found out about Mighty Ducts not by advertisements but via word of mouth from my neighbor. All I can say is FANTASTIC! They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were punctual to the Nth degree & always kept me informed via text & email when crew would be arriving. The work was completed on time & unit works like a well-oiled machine. I might add they're very clean too.

From my first phone call to this company, EVERYTHING was handled with white glove treatment! Work was evaluated, scheduled (quickly) and performed. Julian and Ryan were so kind, smart and professional. I learned a lot about my AC system and now the new ducts in our attic. I'm now switching my AC contract for maintenance to this company, at MY request....no "sell" tactics were used to pressure me into upgrades or signing contracts. HONEST, respectful folks!

Just cant say enough positive things about the Mighty Ducts crew. So professional, so clean (house was cleaner each day they left) and so knowledgable. NO ONE else will ever work on my HVAC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We recently moved into a new home with two aging units. A consultation was set up immediately — asking all the right questions. What were our our goals. What temperatures inside do we prefer. What temperatures do we like to sleep at. Do seasonal allergies bother us. Any upcoming remodel projects to be aware of. Everything. Once the work was sketched out and designed, an incredibly detailed and professional estimate was created capturing every detail discussed.

THE WORK: We relocated one furnace unit into the garage as ceiling mounted and utilized the existing unit in the attic for the rest of the home. We added two new AC units on both sides of the home. We elected to have the HEPA filter installed into both units—I can’t believe how clean our air inside is now!!! All of this controlled by four zones vs the previous two we had. We also have a detached office in which we added a mini split into for comfort while working remotely. Project was so much bigger than I can capture here—8 days to finish the install, 1 more to tune/tweak the system. The units? Silent. My refridgerator is louder than these!

The team was luxury brand friendly — hello sir/mam on every interaction, polite, friendly, smiling, all the right next level interactions. With how happy the employees are, I would guess this company is also a best in class organization to be employeed by. Work was incredibly clean, never left a mess or caused any type of damage or cleanliness issues. If “leave no trace” is not a company mantra, you wouldn’t know—they are CLEAN!

Follow up was and should be an example for all—recaps after each day, walk throughs as to what is being done, what is left for the day, what is being done the next day. Once the install was done, the team came back out a week later to resolve any notes/concerns, “frustrations” as they call it—you’ll never be deserted. They worked through everything and tuned the system for optimal comfort.

If you are still “shopping” around after this review, read it again. If you want a company that truly delivers on every single expectation, go with HAVEN. If you don’t care about quality, interaction, employee satisfaction — keep shopping. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For 7 years I have recommended Mighty Ducts to many friends and neighbors, all of whom were very happy with their service. My old home needed the works, duct work, AC, heater, all of it. I knew it would be expensive and after 3 bids, MD were the highest. The reason? They're the best! They know what they're doing, they are professional, the quality is absolutely top notch. They follow up with service and continue to exceed my expectation of professionalism and customer service. Spend the money, you won't regret it.
