I feel uncomfortable when my car is parked in my community when these people are working here and they tend to mess around on the job and I find that very unprofessional that when they blow dust on the cars I'm pissed

Our HOA property management company has hired this company for community maintenance. I haven't been entirely happy with their work, although they get many things right. I have two main complaints: they cut plants that aren't they're responsibility, they usually blow dust and debris at my garage door.Of course I keep my garage door closed. I'm not sure that they plan to blow dust at my garage door. But I have a very short driveway, so even if they don't point the blower at the garage door, the dust still blows up and sticks around the edges of my garage and into any crevices.

VPL services my neighborhood through the HOA. They are to maintain common landscaping areas (not resident gardens) and they have damaged my garden, which means they went out of their way to access it. They killed seedlings of annual flowers and vegetables I’ve been growing for MONTHS as well as succulents, leaving behind leaf litter and making my yard look a mess. Very unprofessional and invasive of privacy.

Could you please have your employees stop blocking roads because they don’t know how to drive with trailers. Very unprofessional!
