Jeff was great. Super professional and extremely kind. He not only quickly solved my issue, but also gave me tips on what to look out for to ensure my pipes stay healthy. I’d recommend Orange Coast Plumbing to anyone who needs the job done quickly and accurately. No matter my plumbing issue, I’ll be sure to request Jeff come take care of it.

Danny helped us with a big water heater issue we had. He was so patient, honest. Turns out we needed a new water heater and he got another employee to come deliver one and he installed it immediately. Danny got everything done IN THE POURING RAIN, in time for our kids to be able to take their night-time bath! We officially love this company!

While I didn’t end up using their services, I have to compliment the company on quality of customer care. Dottie was friendly and scheduled a service tech to come out within a few hours to give me a quote. James texted when he was on his way. He was polite, friendly, engaged and knowledgeable. Very impressed

We had to have a new refrigerator hooked up, and Nate came to our condo. He was on time quick. The service was excellent. He cleaned up everything before he left, and we were very happy with his performance. Thank you so much.

We are so pleased with the service from Orange Coast Plumbing. Mike was very professional and knowledge. Service was prompt (same day) and Mike was concientious not to leave a mess having to tear into dry wall to fix the problem. Very happy with the quality and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Nolan and his crew were very good with our issue, which became more complicated after they were able to see the problems more clearly. He explained why costs were higher than the original bid to my satisfaction with actual reasons made clear. We had several bids and he took the time to communicate with me via phone several times to make sure we understood the complications and how the different repair options might go. We have been happy with the repair so far after a month or so, no issues.

Jesse and Henry saved our bacon after we discovered we had a gas leak under our home. They came out to do the estimate and were able to start the next day. They were able to replace our entire gas line just in time for Thanksgiving. I will highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing to anyone. If you're lucky enough to get Jesse and/or Henry, great assured, you'll be in good hands.

David and Jonathan were kind and professional. They did excellent work and were fast at changing our water heater out when the old one gave up on a Friday after hours. Price was transparent and competitive for emergency plumbing, and there were no surprises added on at the end. I wouldn’t like to have a plumbing emergency again, but if I did, then I would like these two on my team.

Great service. We have had positive experiences with Jeff. He was very friendly and professional. We got an emergency plumbing problem with the bathroom being flooded at our house. He did a great job! Would highly recommend and was using Jeff's and Orange Coast Plumbing service.

Colton and Danny were great! They were polite and did an outstanding job on the plumbing and provided A1 service.

David and Kevin answered my urgent call with so just as much urgency and professionalism. I had a clogged kitchen sink and after a short hour, both Kevin and David would periodically inform me of updates. Mind you, this emergency happened at 10:00 pm on a Friday. So, to be as detail oriented and kind as they were this late in the day speaks volume of their character and work ethic! I can not stress this enough, David and Kevin were absolutely amazing!!!

James was beyond thorough and had amazing customer service. I have an unknown leak in my driveway and he went above and beyond to try and find the source. I would highly recommend James to any friends or family from this experience! I also appreciated that he educated me on some plumbing terms and how the issue could have started and be resolved. Very happy with the service!

Our water heater had an emergency leak late at night at 2am, on Thanksgiving day no less. It was so bad that the water was overflowing and dripping through the cracks to the lower floor, filling up trays.

I called two other companies previously with no luck.
Fortunately, Orange Coast Plumbing had answered and was able to send someone right away.

Jeff was on call and was able to come quickly. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and had given excellent service.
He assessed the situation, explained what was happening, and walked us through each step he was taking to fix it. He was able to resolve the situation in an hour.

David came to our house to fix a water heater issue. His customer service is superb and always goes the extra mile to explain the issue and what he is going to do. He fixed our water heater pilot. Will definitely be using him again if we have any plumbing issues.

Isaac and Nolan came out and fixed our dishwasher drain and made sure everything was up and running in no time. From start to finish they were professional and informed me of everything they were doing so there were no surprises at the end.

Henry did a great job! He was knowledgable, and quick. He was also observant: he discovered a problem with our water pressure regulator. We will have him back to fix that.

Had a clogged tub after business hours, needed it fixed urgently. I called & reached the answering service that assured me someone could come look at it that evening. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Josh, he said he could come out after a job he was about to visit. He & another plumber, Daniel, arrived timely. Together they were able to troubleshoot & unclog the drain quickly. We were impressed by their professionalism, thoroughness, & that they followed through by showing up. We will definitely be using Orange Coast Plumbing in the future.

I had a great experience with Orange Coast Plumbing. We had an issue with our water heater, but David arrived on time and did a fantastic job!
