Ron did a great job with our hot water install. He showed up the same day, answered all of our questions, installed the new water heater, made sure we understood our machine and the warranty provided, and cleaned up afterward. A+ experience all around.

I called the service number on the main website. Told them the issues I was having with a Rheem water heater. The woman on the phone, who was extremely nice, started to explain the repair process. I explained I wanted a replacement. She told me the rough price over the phone. I had a technician out front around an hour later.

Brad was very professional yet personable. He replaced everything from the wall out. His workmanship was impressive. He cleaned up what little mess was made and was done in around 3 hours. I'll never call anyone else for water heater issues again.

Ron Gautreau did a great job installing our new water heater. He was personable, professional and worked hard to install the water heater. The installation looks great. He made sure to clean up the area and went over all we needed to know once he was done. I would call Ron again in a heartbeat.

Service was outstanding. Marcus was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Our water heater broke and they were able to send Marcus out that morning. We were back up and running with a new water heater in no time.

The service provided was excellent. I called on Monday and my water heater was installed on Tuesday. The installer was pleasant and completed the new install without delay. I would highly recommend their service.

Water Heaters Only was my choice because I had used them once years ago and had excellent customer service. I wanted a new unit installed so I relied on them again. Service was excellent . We are very happy with how our installation went including how nice and professional the serviceman was. We will spread the word :)

My water heater broke on a Saturday. I had a new water heater the next day. Their price was the lowest of the 3 quotes I received. No charge for Sunday seevice.

Julian did a great job and arrived on time. Took about 2 hours and left everything clean and took the old water heater with him. It was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be but they did tell me that beforehand.

Brad diagnosed my water heater and it was decided to replace it with a new one. Again Brad was on the ball and just like 9-years ago he had the new one installed and back on line in just a couple of hours. Great work by a person who knows what to do and how to do it efficiently

Our Technician/Installer Alexis was amazing from start to finish. He kept us up to date with his arrival. Walked us through the install process and features of our new water heater. Left the work area clean and put back together in a reasonable time so we could have hot water again. Very happy with our choice of company and Alexis’s professional friendly service. Overall a good experience for an unsuspecting water heater crisis.

My sister is a busy single mom and needed to get her water heater replaced. She asked me to help her find someone for this job. I called various companies until I found Water Heaters Only, where everyone I spoke to was friendly and happy to answer my questions. Others such as Drain Rite Plumbing seemed bothered by my questions related to warranty, price, and permits, and even accused me of trying to sell them something. I was shocked and confused by that response. It was such a relief to find Water Heaters Only. Everyone was kind, and easy to talk to. The installer, Brad, arrived early the day of the installation, March 2, 2019, and was very professional. He worked diligently on this rainy day, and we're very thankful for his help! Same day service, thankfully. Toa immediately assessed the tank and connections, explained the process for a replacement tank and went to work. Successfully completed install within a couple of hours. He is very service oriented with excellent communication skills, especially patiently answering my numerous questions. Hope the company knows what a super star they are employing!
