Thanks to Teserra pools for the beautiful pool they built for our family. Steve Luna and Jeremy were incredible throughout the entire process. They made several suggestions as to the design of not only our pool but the jacuzzi as well. Jeremy encouraged us to allow Teserra to install a tumbling waterfall feature from the jacuzzi to the pool. Not only is this a beautiful feature any guest coming to our home immediately comments about but also has a soothing effect when the water tumbles down the rocks and enters the pool.

Jeremy was incredibly responsive to any follow up work both on the pool and the entire landscaping of our back yard.

My wife and I would recommend Steve, Jeremy and Teserra to any homeowner considering the purchase of a pool and/or jacuzzi.

We have only great things to say about the team at Teserra Outdoors - Coachella Valley, and especially Adam Rodriguez. First, our number one requirement with a contractor is that they communicate, regularly. Adam is responsive and knowledgeable. He is also personable. He was very helpful in working with us to design the pool and spa WE wanted. He changed the plans as we requested without hesitation (never tried to talk us into his ideas to save time or make his job easier - we like that). His professional attitude showed in his interactions with us. He also has a great sense of humor. The crews that have done the various phases of demolition and installation have been prompt and professional. Teserra removed trees and old planter structures in order to install the pool, dug the pool cavity following our design request exactly, filled the cavity with rebar and gunite, poured patio pads of concrete, and the coping, and installed the accent tile on the hot tub and pool (its been a fascinating process so far.) We had an issue with one spa coping (ledge) which cracked during the curing period - again, no hesitation to make it right. All that's left to do is to install the pool controls, the pool lining of pebbles and some water! We always know what's coming before it happens, and we look forward to the completion of our project and the first dip in our new pool. It's been a pleasure to work with Adam and Teserra Outdoors, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to install a new pool and spa!

After interviewing more than a half dozen pool companies we chose Teserra to build our pool and install our hardscape! We couldn’t be happier with our selection!

One of the main reasons we selected them was our salesman, Adam Rodriquez. He was a pleasure to work with. He was diligent in answering all of our questions, he was so patient as we went through several design changes always wanting to make certain we would be happy with the end product. He made welcome recommendations and did a lot of research when we were interested in using new technology.

He was on site from start to finish always checking in with our project supervisor, Fernando, who too did an amazing job.

If Adam said he would be there he was, if he said he was going to do something, he did it!

I would highly recommend working with Adam at Teserra if you want an excellent job and a salesman’s with great integrity and character.

For any complicated project it is fairly normal to expect delays and complications but I can honestly say Teserra has been there every step of the way. When their workers or contractors do something not up to par they will re-do it until it's done right. When something has broken or not worked right they have come out to fix it under warranty. Austin has been very professional and responsive every step of the way and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects I have.

Update: I have needed some warranty work done several months after my project finished and Rudy Ortiz was very prompt and helpful in getting what I needed done! Thanks again

We have a 45+ year old pool that had never been updated. We wanted the original Palm Springs style of bright white plaster and cobalt blue tile. Teserra was able to recreate the design perfectly with a modern tile. The results were just what we wanted. We love sitting under the umbrella in our chairs on the new sun deck with drinks in hand. The crews were on time, professional and always left the site clean every day. All the plaster had to be removed (a messy process). Definitely a 5 star job!

We just finished our pool and spa by Teserra and very pleased! Nobody likes construction, but they performed as they said and stayed on schedule even when faced with technical challenges. We love the results- congratulations to a great team of guys. Highly recommended.

I’m so happy with the pool Teserra built for us. They were prompt, professional, and stayed on budget. Their craftsmanship is outstanding, and our backyard has never looked better.

Our HOA had about 2,000 sq ft of 40 year old concrete around our pool and jacuzzi that was worn out and needed to be replaced. We contacted Teserra and they walked us through the entire planning process. We met with the designer at the showroom and nursery and were offered many great options within our budget. Teserra handled all the details including the city permit applications and sign-off. Demolition was quick and efficient. The Teserra demolition and installation crew was hard-working and professional. Change orders are inevitable with replacement projects and Teserra was easy to work with when those issues came up. They did an amazing job and completed the entire project in about 3 weeks. Our community pool deck is brand new and it was a great investment. We have happy homeowners and a refreshed pool area.

Add'l note - Since installation, Tropical Storm Hilary passed through SoCal and there was enough rain to cause our pool and jacuzzi to overflow. The deck installation was sloped perfectly and all the water drained as it should have. I am very happy with the performance of the drains and the slope of the deck. Hat tip to Steve and Bobby and their amazing crew for a job well done.
