Saman (Sammy) is responsive, kind and takes the time to explain his work, plans and ideas to best meet my electrical needs. I've hired him several times to perform jobs as simple as installing ceiling fans to pulling and running a dedicated circuit for a new outlet. Each time he is thorough, fast and he cleans up afterwards. He takes into consideration esthetic concerns and downstream costs his work may or may not impose on me. I trust his expertise and will always call him when I need electrical help!

Sammy Re-wired our entire house and upgraded our panel. He was an expert in getting us up to code, flexible and helpful with our decisions and incredibly responsive to our needs/questions. He was a great value and I would highly recommend Warmilee Electrical.

Sammy did a great job adding a 240v plug in our garage to charge an EV. He was able to reconfigure our panel to add a new breaker so that a new sub-panel wasn't needed. Clean install, on time, and on budget. I will definitely use him for electrical work in future projects.

I called Samme and recieved an immediate call back and scheduled a time later that day for an estimate to wire and install 4 ring cameras. When he arrived he looked at the job, made suggestions for the best camera placement, and provided me with an estimate. Based on my experience with him, I asked him to do the job. He came the next morning and did a great job on the installation. I recommend him because he answered the phone, provided updates via text, and his pricing was both fair and transparent. I am going to use him to install an EV charger in the future.

Amazing customer service, quick response, clear communication, transparent with pricing and I will continue to use them on all future residential and commercial projects. I had an EV charger installed at my residence and a GFCI outlet repaired. Had another EV charger installed at my office and added new recessed lights in our conference room.

I used him to install a EV charger for a Tesla and also he did other electrical work for me such as putting in additional electrical outlets and garage lights and an outside camera surveillance system. I will definitely use him again for my next project.

My wife and I recently bought and moved into a 40+ year old home in Orangevale. The house needed a few upgrades, among the most important a new electric panel. Sam did a super job installing a Square D box. In addition, Sam was very helpful answering my questions about potential future needs to switch from gas to electric. Personally: I couldn’t have found anyone better. I had bids that were tossing words like “you need this for code… without giving me resources to check the code…Sammy was specific in his info.

Sammy did a fantastic job on our electric panel replacement and new outdoor outlet. Professional, timely, and fantastic quality. He gave us an electrical panel better than I could have even imagined, all at a price so much better than anyone else quoted me. Go with Sammy, he's top notch. Sammy was extremely knowledgeable and reasonable. He replaced our electrical main panel and did some garage work for us. He is very familiar with electrical code and made coordinating with SMUD really easy. He was prompt, communicative and did a good job. Will reach out again if I need electrical work done in the future.

Called Sam late afternoon and he got immediately back to me. GFI blown by workers at the house, they checked the GFI and breaker panel. Sam showed up at 6:30pm and found the GFI wasn't really the whole issue, breaker for that outlet was tripped (it didn't show it). He replaced the GFI just to be sure and my power is back on and working. He did a fantastic job, I will use him again for sure. Thank You Sam
