I cannot recommend this company enough. I have a newborn at home and it was 103 outside. I called them and explained my situation. They wasted no time and were able to troubleshoot and repair my AC the same day. His experience and professionalism saved the day.

Our AC went out over the 1st hottest weekend of the year and I contacted Airflow 1st thing Monday morning. Oleg had a tech scheduled to our house that same day. The technician was prompt, polite, efficient and very friendly. The issue was repaired within 15 minutes and AC has been workinf great since. I know we will call Airflow Heatinf and Air Inc for any future HVAC needs.

In 2017 I started gathering quotes for a new system In my 100-year-old home. Oleg was so fair in his quote and understood the house so well that he knew exactly what it needed and we haven’t had a problem since he replaced the old system.
His company also does annual check ups which I also highly recommend to keep everything maintained.

One winter, our home unit caught fire—just days before Christmas. Oleg was tied up with a major project and told us it might be 30 days before he could help. A few hours later, he called back. He found a way to squeeze us in. The next morning at 7:30am, his crew showed up. By noon, we had a brand-new system installed at a very fair price.

That wasn’t the only time he pulled off the impossible. He’s installed systems in homes that never had central air, coordinated crane lifts, and even beat a budget we had in mind—always showing up early and finishing ahead of schedule.

Oleg is not only one of the kindest people I've worked with (and I've worked with a lot), he and his team are thorough, efficient, responsive, and trust worthy...all the things you hope for when letting contractors into your home. They truly go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time!

I contacted Airflow in the morning and the AC was fixed by 12:30pm. Great service, honest with no upsell. Definitely use this company for installation and repair!

Of course my 91-year-old mother-in-law’s air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year, so far. It was late afternoon before we got the word, but we called around for help anyway. The Air Flow Technician was on another call on the opposite side of the city, so dispatch promised he would be available at 9am the following day. He drove up at 9:00 sharp, found the problem, had the part on his truck and by 10:00 am the air was back on and cooling the house.

He was kind and thoughtful to my mother-in-law, professional, and efficient. The cost was completely fair—in line with our expectation.

I will call Air Flow for all our own needs and always recommend him to those who ask for an HVAC service.

We have been working with Oleg since we re-did our backyard about 4 summers ago. We had him move our A/C unit from the backyard to the side of our house to accommodate a swimming pool. We also had him install and upgrade our entire HVAC system. We were and remain very happy with his work. He is punctual, quick to respond, reasonable, and now we have him help us out with a rental unit we have for emergency repairs, etc. He is just a text away and ultimately a really nice guy, as well as his assistants. Ditch the big companies and call Oleg. Very happy with his work.

I called airflow heating and air inc on a number emergencies that I had at my home. We bought a home with a new furnace and condenser, a few months living in it and all the refrigerant leaked out. In the middle of summer when all AC companies are BUSY, Oleg from Airflow came to my home within 24hours. He located the leak, repaired the leak on the refrigeration line and filled up my AC. My air conditioner hasn’t had a problem since.

I really appreciate his thoroughness, he kept his area clean. Very informative and showed his experience in his work. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience with airflow heating and air inc, they are one of the best heating and air companies in Sacramento. And I’ve worked with a few companies in the past.
