I needed to get the HVAC unit checked he arrived on time very friendly polite and helpful he even pointed out to me that my gutter was full of leaves. I'm so grateful or I would have completely forgotten about it

Great staff and employees. Super nice, easy to work with and talk to. We had them change out our HVAC unit and it was a good smooth experience.

These people are awesome! Our A/C stopped working and Zak and then Chris came and they found the leak. They were very reasonable and didn't try to "upsell."

In the middle of a scorching heat wave I called Golden Aire in Orangevale and left a voice mail at 8 PM. My AC was down. At 8 AM I got a call that a service man would be here by 10AM. And he was! A two hour inspection in my attic and out side required 2 diodes. AC back on blasting cold air at noon. Highly recommend.

This morning our Service Tech John for the 3rd. year in a row....showed up on time to do our twice a year equipment inspection and maintenance...already wearing a protective mask (as needed these days) John did a full maintenance and op ck on our A/C unit...and after gave the equipment an ALL GOOD. If you are looking for a "professional" company not looking to find additional "billable" problems that may not exist...while taking excellent care of your A/C and Heating systems....these are for sure the GO TO guys that I would highly recommend for repairs if needed, Planned Maintenance and/or equipment replacement.

The best HVAC company around! Don't look any further. Another HVAC company tried to sell me on a number of repairs that sounded bogus. Golden Aire came out, did an inspection and reported everything looked fine. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend golden Aire for your HVAC needs. The technician Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He came to diagnose a very complicated problem with my Trane system losing power during heat cycle. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went through his troubleshooting process. My system works better than it did when it was installed. If you are having problems with your central heat and air, call these guys first.

These guys came out to install a brand new central air system. They were in early, out early, they worked hard, they worked with my schedule. They were also half the cost of other quotes we got. I can't imagine better customer service from either the office or field team. They communicated with each other and me so everyone was on the same page. It was exactly what they said it was. No bullshit, just a job well done. I'd gladly hire these guys again.

Tech Rashad serviced my AC. He was on time, polite, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and Rashard.

From the initial meeting with Ed, I was impressed. Could of sold me am AC unit but choose to educate me on a better and more cost efficient solution to our problem. I couldn't believe it... integrity and honesty I could only dream of. Ed wrote up a quote to modify some ducts, add a return and optimize system performance. I saved thousands, improved system output by 50 or 60 % as well as had a great service team. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a win win!

Worked with many companies over the years and Golden Aire has exceeded our expectations. You get an "honest" experience which is rare. Service is exceptional. Rates are extremely reasonable. No up-selling...….just addressing the issue with integrity.

We had our 3 year new a/c fail Friday just as the temps were heading into the 100s again. Called a few places, those who returned my call couldn't get to us until the following Monday (understandably). Goldenaire found a way to get to us, and had us fixed in a half hour! Had necessary parts in his truck and took time to answer my many questions. Knowledgeable, personable, professional, reasonable, and courteous. Highly recommend them. And a shout out to Molly on phones - also very knowledgeable and terrifically helpful!

Reasonably priced, punctual, quick service, great customer service, local

Had golden aire out to diagnose an A/C problem. After assuring the repairman (Rick) that my thermostat was in working order, he was very quick to diagnose that I was wrong. Explained my options, helped me make another appt. to have them out to install a new thermostat. Even gave us a temp fix so we weren’t without for the weekend Came out next business day, showed up on time, and installed the thermostat.

Golden Aire is one of the BEST contractor companies around! The owner "Eddie" is honest, hard-working, and came out to the house after I was told by Bonney Plumbing that my HVAC system was "dead" and had to be replaced to the tune of over $18,000.00! They actually told me not to turn on the thermostat because the whole system might "explode." I knew the Bonney Technician was lying to me so I called Golden Aire for a second opinion. Eddie said it appeared to be working fine except for a part that looked like it had been sabotaged and "left open" so he replaced that one part then cleaned everything and assured me it would last a few more years. I won't know for sure about that but it worked perfectly for MONTHS until I decided to sell the house and move to a retirement community. I'm SO thankful I was suspicious of Bonney Plumbing's "dead" diagnosis and $18,000.00+ quote, and got a second opinion from Golden Aire!
EDIT: I just used Golden Aire Heating & Air Conditioning again today (12/28/2020) -- my heater stopped working last night. I listened to it try to come on but then turn off immediately and it kept doing that over and over so I finally shut off the system and emailed Golden Aire. To make sure I'd get in touch with them I also left a voice mail message since yesterday was Sunday. Not only was I scheduled today, only one day after leaving the messages, but Rick called and asked if he could come out sooner than the 12-3 p.m. window I was assigned so I said sure of course. I described the problem, Rick knew right away what he thought it was, then he proceeded to climb up into the attic to take care of the problem. 20 minutes later the heater was up and running and for just the service fee! If these guys ever close their doors I'm going to cry!!! I don't trust very many contractors but Golden Aire has proven themselves more than once so I will keep hiring them and I'm telling you, you should too!

We recently had a new heat pump HVAC system installed including all new ducts. They were great to work from the estimate to the installation. I would highly recommend this Company if you have are looking for a new system.
