Innovative Heating & Air are the best! The owner came out on the 4th of July to see why my A/C had stopped working. After checking the unit out in the hot attic he found bad wiring to be the problem. I've used Derreck before and his company has always done an outstanding job.

I called Dereck later in the afternoon and he was able to fit me into his day which was amazing! He quickly showed up, found the problem with my heating unit, and was able to fix it. He then took the extra time and care to make sure my unit could shut off and turn on without any issues for me. He was very professional and will absolutely be my go-to for any more issues with my unit! Thank you so much Innovate Heating & Air!

Had great experience with Innovative hating and air. They rearranged our air conditioning tubing in the attic so we can move around more easily. They went all the way to back in cramped quarters and braced everything down in professional manner. Decent price and a job well done. Also were responsive and got it done quickly.

Called Derrick about my furnace not starting after a power failure. After sending him a few pictures, and a little troubleshooting over the phone my furnace was running again. He will be my choice for all future HVAC work.

Was referred by a friend. And Derek and his crew do an outstanding job. Very trustworthy ,spot on time. Very good at staying in communication. Just finished doing a spec house complete system. Couldn't be happier. I referred them to 3 other friends And didn't let me down. 2 Of those referrals were complete installs on new homes
. Uses High quality materials ,no 2nd rate equipment, But a great value all the way around.

Derrick is awesome! My mother in law’s a/c quit working when temperatures were headed to the 110 degree range. I called another local company and had it checked out. They looked at it and told me I needed a new unit. I thought the price seemed high so I called Derrick for an estimate. He came out to look at it to give me a replacement estimate. After a few minutes of checking, he cleaned the unit and removed the debris from the blower. That’s all it took to repair it and now it blows colder than ever.

Derek is awesome! I had a new AC system installed last year with a compressor and 2 multi split units. After only using the bedroom unit a minimal amount of times it started having a horrific burning smell. Pro Tech Heating and Air who put it in just gave me a run around and basically refused to help. When I posted on a Facebook rant and rave group with my frustration and looking for a reliable AC guy Derek reached out to me. He came to my home and went thru everything, did his best to get the unit right without replacing anything. He then went over all our options and he was more concerned about getting things right for me then what money he might make. Derek is a great guy and runs a honest company.

So, my thermostat went out right before a big snow storm was due in. After reading really good reviews, I called Innovative Heat & Air. Derrick came out the very next day. He replaced the thermostat for a very reasonable price & gave me quite a bit of information for if/when I decide to purchase a new HVAC unit. I will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs.

I can’t say enough how thankful I am that I stumbled across this company! Innovative was recommended to me by many people once I asked for a good hvac company to have a quote done. I immediately reached out to Dereck explaining my situation that my family recently suffered from a house fire and insurance was giving us a hard time stating we didn’t need a new system even though that’s where the smoke traveled through. Dereck was incredibly helpful and came out to inspect within days & got us on the schedule as soon as possible. His team who came to install were very polite, informative & helpful. The entire process was a piece of cake! I can’t say how thankful I am for this amazing group of people who worked so hard on getting us taken care so we could be home sooner than later! I will forever recommend them with ANY hvac need!!!!

Derrick is fantastic. He is fast, fair and efficient. He doesn’t try to take advantage of your situation or try to sell you something you don’t need. He is literally a rare breed in this day and age. The first person I called told me my seven year old air conditioner, with the code it was displaying, would be too expensive to fix and I would need a new unit. What a relief it was when Derrick came in and fixed it in no time and it was considerably inexpensive. So happy and satisfied with the services we received. He is so kind and caring. I totally recommend this business.

My furnace was acting up, so I called Dereck. He was able to come out and fix the issue that same day. I would definitely recommend Dereck and his team and will be using them again in the future.

Derrek has done work for me both on my personal home & professionally. He is friendly, punctual, reaponsive and courteous.

I was without heat for a few weeks waiting for a home warranty company to have someone come out. When they came, they couldn’t help and didn’t do much to attempt to help. I got Derrick’s name and number from another business owner in town, who I use and trust. Derrick came out within a few hours. He informed us that we had the wrong thermostat for pi’s system, but wires it to work until the correct one came in. The new one was delivered this week and he installed it and requires some of it to take advantage of all the the benefits of the system. I highly recommend Innovative and Derrick!

Innovative Heating and Air are awesome! The AC went out, during a horrible heatwave, at my rental property and they came out the very next morning and repaired it for a very reasonable price. They were on time and professional. I will continue to use them.

We wereI so impressed with Inno votive AC and heating. Our AC quit, I called Dereck Nail the Company owner and he was there the same day. It was a 100 degree day. We ended up putting in a new AC unit in after 2 attempts of why it was leaking. Dereck and his crew worked us into their schedule installing a new AC with professionalism, clean up with a good value. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company as Dereck Nail, the company owner, went beyond just being a company, we feel he became a friend.

Highly recommend. My 82-year old mom’s evaporation cooler died right when the heat wave began and they were the ONLY business able to repair it. Derek was so understanding and quick to respond and help remedy the situation asap. Will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future for maintenance or other concerns. Reassuring to know my mom has someone so trustworthy and experienced close by. Love supporting local businesses!

Dereck did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him for any HVAC job. Our expensive thermostat died and he replaced it, did a service job, and found that our air wasn’t cooling efficiently. Will definitely call him again for any service

Derek is a pleasure to work with and it is great working directly with him. He and his company have replaced to AC or AC/heating units in our home in the last year. They were quick to answer and evaluate and timely in the work. I recommend this company highly.

Awesome contractor! Great price, super fast install. Dereck's crew had my whole house converted to mini splits in a day. Our house is more comfortable and our energy bills are about half what they used to be. Highly recommended!
