Over the years I have called into BFI (and all their pervious ancestors) and have never had anything but excellent service.

I live about a mile away. I enjoy paying my bill in person. Staff always friendly and helpful. Useful brochures on recycling available.

I just called needing a new green can, as one wheel of the old one won't stay on. I spoke to John, and he had it taken care of in less than one minute. He was very pleasant and customer oriented, and he made my day so much easier. Thank you for such a great employee.

I am very frustrated that the only way to report a missed pick up is by phoning during business hours. The web site covers dozens of other topics, but all is says about missed service is to phone. When I did phone, I had to wait an unreasonably long time for a person to answer. She was great, but this system is so 20th century!
After the call, I got the usual survey rating the representative's service and courtesy. No problem - she was a 5 of 5.
But then "how likely are you to recommend Republic Service?" They are the ONLY provider, so recommendations are moot. After I refused to choose a 1 through 5 response, it went into an endless loop of repeating the question. Ultimately I chose 1, since recommending a monopoly is pointless.

When I order debris box realy difficult and picky !!!!

they would not pick up if the can doesn't close they are very picky picking your trash they will skip your house.

terrible! We have been calling them for three days to schedule a pickup. All we get is a robot and a promise of a call back. The turns out to be a broken promise. No call back!

fourth time in several months. Our recycling bin is still full, after pick-up day. Really? What do they do - why do they randomly 'forget' or not bother to do something basic? Our other neighbors have had the same issue. Do they just not bother to empty everyone's bins?

We still do not have our recycle bin picked up. We live at 2512 tea tree Court in Martinez. Our usual pick up day is Friday. All of the recycle bins in our court still need to be up
