Originally, I found a technician on Thumbtack based on good reviews. Took a shot, they came out, kinda fixed the problem but not really because another issue arose 2 months later. (See Seinfeld, when Costanza had to pay $600 for a "Johnson Rod").

Second issue arises and I call Connolly in the hope of finding a better tech. Like all consumers, it's hit or miss with online reviews. I lucked out the second time (tech's name was Chris). Not only did he find and fix the issue, but he pointed out the other issue (lazy shortcut) that the previous tech created. Chris explained everything thoroughly. Price was fair. 5-Stars!

Chris is great! he clearly showed us the options for our aging furnace and helped us get it up and running.

In June of 2024 we made the decision to replace our furnace and a/c. Connolly Heating and Air came highly recommended by our friend. Our friend explained their experience over the years with Connolly and how they are a small family-owned company that cares about their customers. We liked the idea of being a customer remembered and not a customer number. I made the call and spoke to Kelly at Connolly. The first person you speak to is always a good indication of what to expect in the process. Kelly was knowledgeable and professional. She scheduled Brian to come to our home. Brian reviewed the systems available and explain what he believed to be best fit for our home. Brian also went in the crawlspace under the house and took photos of the ductwork to show us. It was clearly time to be replaced. Brian was now the second person at Connolly to be very professional and knowledgeable. Within 2 days, Connolly had their install crew at our home. Nick and Eli did the work. It is never easy to have strangers in your home. These guys were different. They were professional, quiet, and efficient. Even when the ductwork had to come out of the crawlspace (yuck) it went fast. The floors were covered, and the space was kept clean. All the new ductwork was neatly strapped up off the ground in the crawlspace. The furnace was tucked neatly into the closest space. The A/C was neatly installed onto a pad and strapped down. The installation was finished in 2 days.
Wow! What a huge difference. I never realized the importance and luxury of a new HVAC system. It is so quiet and efficient. It's like buying a new car and starting it up for the first time. The new ductwork made a huge difference. If you are able to have new ductwork done when you purchase your new Connolly system do it!
Not only do they install but of course they service the equipment. Connolly's fees are reasonable and from my friend's experience over the years, Connolly has excellent technicians.
When I initially spoke to Kelly, she explained the importance of keeping the system maintained every year. It's like a tune up of a car. This must be done once a year to insure everything is clean and operating as it should. If a problem comes up, best to catch it early so it doesn't become a bigger issue.
It is now March of 2025. Everything is working great. Soon it will be time to have our A/C tuned up. I will definitely stay on schedule with the maintenance! We are so happy with our decision to entrust the air comfort of our home with Connolly Heating and Air.

Our AC unit was no longer working as of last year. So we decided to get a new unit due to age of our unit. We called Connolly Heating and bait Conditioning. Their pricing is very competitive to others but what sold us was Brian the sales representative that has had quite a bit of experience in the industry. Brian was able to get us some temporary cold air in our old unit during the heat wave. We got on a quick schedule the following week and Nick and Eli set up our new AC and Furnace. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Highly would recommend Connolly Heating and Air Conditioning! They have a great team!

Connelly Heating and Air showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. They’re professional, friendly, and just overall great people to work with. I’m looking forward to possibly working with them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Found the problem and fixed it in minutes. Replaced a bad capacitor and blown fuse. Didn’t try to sell me anything else. I’m very pleased hard to find a honest business which hasn’t been taken over by some large corporation that tries to sell you something you don’t need. I would recommend them to anyone.

Grayson did a good job repairing my a/c. He was knowledgeable and efficient going about his job. He was also friendly and polite. I recommend Connolly HVAC and I’m glad I chose them to install my HVAC system.

The Good: Work was done well and everything is working.
The Bad: First appointment was cancelled and moved to a later time and date. For the second appointment, the technician was supposed to be here between 10AM and Noon. Technician did not show and I had to call the office. They apologized and said the technician would be there between 2:30PM and 3PM. He showed up shortly after 3PM. I plan to take $50 off my reimbursement to Connolly for the two missed appointments. After reading the statute, I understand that I can take them to small claims court and receive up to $600 for my lost time due to the missed appointments. If they don't accept the $50 reduction, that is what I plan to do.

Update to review above: Connolly did contact me and we agreed to a credit of $50 for my time lost due to the missed appointments. I was happy that they do pay attention to the reviews they receive and I am satisfied with the $50 credit.

Grayson was great! He was super meticulous with our annual AC maintenance - our unit was making strange sounds, and he spent awhile calling his team as well as opening a support ticket for us. He also came back with very reasonable recommendations. Overall, wonderful experience.

After a smooth install for a new furnace last year, I opted to return to Connolly for a new air conditioner. Different equipment but same quality experience!!! Highly recommend Connolly for your needs!!!
