Several years ago we commissioned Christian Costo and his sons to do a total renovation of our high rise waterfront condo, right down to the studs and changing EVERYTHING. Their group was extremely professional and we relied on their integrity to help us plan and modify every square foot of space. Their experience in dealing with City Permits and Strata By-laws was invaluable, and saved us a lot of potential misery.
We have been so happy with the extensive renovations your team helped us plan and execute that we find it hard to want to move anywhere else. Everything here is just the way we want it.
While our 6 or 8 month reno was going on we were living in our La Quinta home and supervising by email and photos, and a couple of on site visits. A very relaxing way to oversee a complex project. Thanks so much!

I have used Costo Construction many times over the last ten years. I trust them implicitly (they've had the keys to my homes), their quality of work and attention to detail is unparalleled. And their team are personable, polite and friendly. Neighbors were treated kindly by the team, and kept apprised. There have never been budget surprises. 5 stars for sure. I'd give them more if I could.

I recently renovated my office and Costo Construction was the best decision I made. They were extremely professional and able to help me make choices about the remodel that made the entire process a breeze. I would definitely use them again.

Project was to replace T-bar ceiling grid and tiles in about 7500 square feet of occupied Provident Bank space in Rancho Mirage. Costo Construction, and their sub-contractors, Mendez HVAC, Palmer Electric, and Advanced Installations all did an outstanding job in keeping construction dust down, courtesness to my coworkers, and expediency. Demo happened over Memorial Day weekend 2025 and job was completed by the 25th of June with final inspection. Christian, Oliver, and Mark Costo, as well as Cole Cox-project manager, were all a great pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for your construction project. I will definitely be calling them for future construction projects that come up.

When we needed the help of a construction expert, we were referred to Costo Construction.  From the moment we met, the Costo team has been nothing short of receptive, helpful, and thorough throughout the entirety of our project.  We have never felt more comfortable taking a step back to let this group of professionals handle business – OUR business.  The experience has been so pleasant that we are more than happy to refer them to our friends for future work.  These guys are the real deal!

The Costo family was amazing to work with during the renovations of our home. Over the past year, we have worked closely with the Costos to renovate our bathrooms, update our kitchen and living spaces, repair a leaky roof, install a draining solution for our back yard, and provide and exterior refresh for home. Now that all is said and done, we could not be happier with the final product (both inside and out).

Our home not only looks amazing, but we are so much more comfortable and, most importantly, secure knowing all the issues we had been having are rectified. We truly appreciate everything the Costos and their team have done for us through the past year and will be recommending them very highly to anyone who asks.
