We had a great experience when Advanced came out to do our new mini split unit and also troubleshoot our existing central system.
We highly recommend them. Reliable and great customer service

Elvis has experience in HVAC, but also has anger management issues. He treats his customers as marks. He showed up 18hrs late in hopes that the stress of living without AC would induce desperation. He spends his interaction setting up customers for expensive unnecessary follow on work instead of focusing on the problem at hand. He tried to charge me $300 for a $15 Capacitor. When I refused, he literally ripped out 'his part' in a way that overcharged the low volt system, and blew a fuse I had to chase down in the attic.
