Great customer service and knowledge technicians

Saw it online, called , couldn't find address, operator said, closed in Lancaster Palmdale area and abruptly hung up.

Took over a month for the repairs to be made on my refrigerator. Communication was horrible. They never called to say the part was in. I had to call to set up the installation. Their voice mail was full and they did not answer the phone during posted business hours. I e--mailed the company and never received a response. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a timely repair.

If I could give 0 I would. Advertises as servicing Lancaster and Palmdale but when you get them on the phone super rude. When asked why they don't update the geographic region so this kind of mistake is made Told that's my responsibility to locate a local service company. When their address in google clearly has a Lancaster address and they come up number three on the list. I was calling to locate a service company who had a part in stock to fix my fridge asap so I didn't loose all my food and explained if they had the part in stock I would hire them for repair and the gentlemen rudely stated "what part don't you understand, we don't sell parts". Ummmmmm what part of if you have the part in stock I would hire you for repair was confusing. If this guy is this rude over the phone with a stranger trying to build a business relationship with them I cant even imagine having him in my home. As a fellow small business owner I hate leaving a bad review but this guy definitely deserves the exception.
