Replace two existing central HVAC/furnace systems with two HP HVAC systems. The job was done professionally and timely.

Fuse came out and replaced my furnace and AC with a heat pump. They were thorough and worked with me to find a great solution for my air return.

David from Fuse helped me troubleshoot my furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. Fixed the issue super quickly and made sure everything was working properly.

Ronnie came on time, and did an excellent job. Our heater was changed, all our doubts and questions were satisfactorily answered, and he left our utility closet neat and clean after the job.

Aleksander came to do routine maintenance and check-up of our furnace, which was installed by Fuse workers two years ago. He did the job efficiently, and communicated clearly about a possible problem that needed further attention. We appreciated his help.

I had my gas furnace replaced with a heat pump HVAC unit by Fuse! Including a new thermostat!

Maximo & his helper Alex (I apologize if I spelled his name wrong!) did a wonderful job!

They kept me updated throughout the whole process and let me know when they needed to make adjustments due to restrictions from how my home was setup.

Furthermore, Maximo also explained to me the different components and how they work and the reason they set things up the way they did!

I really appreciate the time and care they put into installing the heat pump HVAC into my home!

Derek and his helper were very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after their work was done. Derek tried really hard to connect my water heater to TOU, which was a challenge since I am connected to the Palo Alto utilities and not PG&E.

Fuse has been absolutely marvelous. We have used their services, mostly electrical, some HVAC, and we have been delighted. They are responsive, with prompt communications, including technician names, photos, and accurate arrival times. They have gone above and beyond to complete tedious tasks and requests. They have patiently explained the steps taken to the home owner, such that senior residents could be reassured of appropriate measures taken for repairs and extensive home rewiring projects. They return promptly when needed for trouble shooting. Thank you, Fuse, for taking such good care of us!

When my furnace ran, I was smelling a burning order. Fuse was able to send out Sergiu the next day. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution.

Our ancient furnace finally died so we decided to upgrade to a heat pump, plus mini splits for 2 rooms that don’t have vents, plus an Upgrade of the electrical panel. Fuse could do all of that. The process with Fuse was really quite exceptional. Easy, lots of communication, they have folks doing all the parts so it’s all done by Fuse, and so lightning fast — full tear out of asbestos and install of 2 new systems in 6 days — so much better than going with a contractor. Not going to lie, heat pump was super expensive, but price paid was in the range of what our contractor was offering even before the contractor markup, and contractor would have had to work with 3 companies — one for asbestos, one for heat pump install, and one for electrical panel — so I am certain it would’ve taken much longer and would be more expensive . Fuse handled it all.

Aleksander did a great job confirming a gas leak from our wall heater and provided a repair / replace cost estimate. Our landlord opted for replacing and he did a great job installing the new heater. No issues at all, would recommend.

Gene was excellent. Very clear and patient. He knows furnaces and air conditioners very well. He found and fixed the problem in our 25 year old furnace. FUSE is now my go-to HVAC solution because of him. Great job, highly recommended

Vladimir was very professional. He was conscientious about wearing shoe protectors indoors, even though we did not require them. He did not hesitate to get in uncomfortable physical situations to make a proper diagnostic, and was very thorough in his troubleshooting our HVAC problem. We are awaiting his bid for the suggested project. Would not hesitate to have him back in our home.

The team of two spent a long time on custom work to make our new heat pump water heater could be installed and function well. They built up a custom platform, adjusted areas for better strapping, and capped off the old gas line cleanly. They worked significantly past business hours to get it done in the same day, and everything has been great for the week since the install.

I managed to blow out an outlet. I called Fuse and they were able to come out within an hour and assess the situation. Technician (Max) had us up and running quickly. He was polite and friendly and gave good advice on avoiding this happening again.
