Paradise heating and air conditioning came over to my home the technician was very knowledgeable he troubleshooted my system he was able to find the problem very quickly went to his local vendor for parts they were not available for 2 weeks the technician called other resources was able to get the part in 2 days and repair my system I highly recommend this company their technicians are very knowledgeable

Prompt response to my call in need for a issue with my AC. He came the same day within a couple of hrs. I was pleasantly shocked and pleased. Walked me through the whole process that was the problem. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Very professional owner of this business. I am definately on the list for My Heating And Air maintenance and any other problems there might be with my system. Thank you so much for your help!

My first call to Ken was at 5pm on a Friday and he was assisting us with heating issues the next morning. What incredible service this company provided us. Solved a heat and cooling duct issue under our home that we did not know was a problem. Balanced the charge on our heat pump system and now the entire system works better than when new. Our system is only five years old and Ken fixed issues caused by the original contractor cutting corners on the original installation. We called him due to heat issues and we now have working AC just in time for summer along with working heat. Thank you Ken.

Good company. Knowledge, care about their community, was there for an emergency and then checked back in later. Will use this company every time. Also a great price compared to others, fair and honest.

Got here to look at my broken thermostat within 30 minutes of calling and had it replaced within the hour. Also gave us some great advise and answered a lot of questions we had about our system. Great service!

The old furnace ignitor died. Ken ordered a new HVAC set-up for us. The first day after it arrived, Ken had the furnace working! The second day, Ken finished installing a more efficient AC unit! It was late, so Ken came back first thing in the morning and hauled the old equipment away to be recycled. FIVE STARS!

I’m a plumbing contractor and had to Call Ken from Paradise Heat/Air. He showed up and diagnosed my unit quickly and figured out what the other installer missed in the initial set up of my unit, and solved the noise problem. Also showed up on time. I recommend using him.

On the Hottest day of the year I was rescued by Ken my Angel. I was cooking 92 degrees in my apartment, called Ken and then faster than a Dominos Pizza Delivery Ken figured the problem and replaced my capacitor problem solved, One of the nicest guys ever and reasonable price. Thank you Ken!

Ken serviced our very old whole house fan - which was amazing - and then installed our Mitsubishi ductless mini-split on the second floor, which has NEVER had an air conditioner. We are so happy to have cool air - we can sleep!! Ken is professional, kind, and informative. He kept us up to date and clear on the process every step of the way. Ken came quick and figured out my heater problems. Very knowledgeable.

Heater went out a few days before Christmas. I gave Ken a call and he came out within 30 minutes. Based on what I told him, he knew the issue already. He was happy to show me what was going on as he was fixing things. Also fixed some wiring issues that would have been bad later on. Within less than an hour we were up and running. Price was fair. He was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend, especially if you're in Paradise/Magalia.

Thanks Ken so much for fixing our heater. Everyone in Paradise should be using this company's services. Ken not only fixed our air conditioner at my home which has had no problems for 2 years. Ken also came out our Donut Shop, Donuts in Paradise and fixed our commercial heater. It was originally installed incorrect and would have caused a fire, if not for Ken's experience and willing to work through the problem. He eventually had to rewire the system. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIOALISM. We will only be using Paradise Heating and Air in the future for both our home and business. Thanks again Ken!!!
