Our home needed a need water heater since we have been having issues with the old one for quite some time. They came out and replaced our old unit with a tankless one that works so well we can use multiple showers at the same time which is important for a busy family. They were very efficient and through, replaced it within a few hours, and gave me information about rebates I could claim with the city. I found that very thoughtful of them. I would highly recommend PRI and would definitely use them for future services.

Andy and his team have done work for me as well as for our HOA (condos and townhomes). Has repaired aging pipes, cleared clogs in drain lines, many types of plumbing issues over many years - always using high quality USA-made materials, doesn’t cut corners, repairs are done for quality, the long term, not cheap fixes that have to be repaired repeatedly. We’ve used various plumbing companies over the years, and PRI is the best, our go-to plumbers!
