Juan came to my place right on time and finished the job so quickly. My shower was not draining any liquid and left a gross residue around the tub and Juan fixed the shower and also cleaned my tub which was so sweet and unexpected.

When I called about my sink, Pedro was there to fix it in a very short amount of time.

Updated review: Management reached out to us and clarified that what we thought was damage was actually that the new piece that was installed was a different size than the previous piece that was covering what looked like previous damage. We were assured that our tech followed all necessary protocols and that someone will be sent to fix the new cosmetic issue that arose from our repair. The person that reached out to us was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding and worked to make sure we were better informed and satisfied with the situation.

We are very thankful that Juan was able to fix our backed up sink and replace our drain stopper. Unfortunately, the repair caused damage in the bowl of the sink that we were not informed about, even though we were home at the time of the repair. We only saw damage after the tech had already left. Additionally, trash with a strong sewage smell was left in our bathroom trash. In the future, it would be helpful for the tech to bring a separate trash bag that the tenant can dispose of, rather than leaving the trash inside the bathroom. We appreciate the tech's work, we just wish there had been more care given to our living space.

I met the owner, Pedro, from seeing his truck and wanted to find a local, small business owner to give my business to and referals. They were competitive with the ads I see for a slow drain, in my case, the shower. I was given a 1 hour window from 9am to 10am and their tech, Juan, called at 8:55 am to say he'd be here I'm about 35 minutes. I was so glad he did that so I could do things with that 35 minutes. He tool care of the issue and it was $99. He also knew about Cleanouts and told me they can do camera inspections for property purchases, which is great for real estate agents to know.

My only suggestion is for the owners to be aware that a lot of Seniors on fixed income, live in the SGV and that any upcharge should only be to a big unforseen issue and not a back up of hair that might take a couple of attempts with the snake and vacuum. If customers are afraid of an upcharge, except for new customers, they may try someone new each time they need a plumber vs. being a repeat customer. As long as the time involved is not excessive, that seems to be a fair policy.

Overall, I was totally satisfied that I called them just last week and was scheduled for the next business day after a holiday. I often hear of plumbers who are not responsive or very backed up. And, for those of us who can't be home for hours or days, I was so grateful, I didn't have to take time off and they kept to their schedule!
