Another company came out FIVE different times to assess and "fix" our A/C issue. Pathetic. Within a 3 week period our issue still was not fixed. This company came out and ACTUALLY spent a few hrs. Here and fixed the problem. He is LEGIT honest and reliable. Highly recommend!

I got a new condenser installed along with changing other parts to make it run compatible,honest air also put in extra work and parts and kept his quote amount even though he did extra.this company is professional,honest ,friendly and really good price I know for a fact as I had multiple quotes .

Previous company dispatched to home from ORHP stated I needed an entire new system because my blower motor was going out and was an ECM motor which it was not! (Abla Español el señor Juan)I never give a review. 1 1/2 month ago my AC was not turning on so I call company that unfortunately when they arrived my AC turn ON they ck the outside unite and that was it. I explain to them how my AC was making noise when I will try to get it to turn on. But because it turn on for them that was it no more inspection on there part.. Well when I call this company Honest Air Service Juan not only was a good listener and understood my confusing/frustration when I explain to him that it was ck not to long ago and Its NOT functioning. He set us up for a appointment same day. He fallow up before arriving and even show up early. And when I ask him if its ok if he ck the thermostat first, (because I wanted him to see n hear what I do b4 he moved anything outside) He did not say NO he was kind. He also took his time to explain what was going on and ck EVERYTHING.. Not just the outside unite and the thermostat. And He found the problem that this other BIG COMPANY missed .. Thank you Juan. For sure we will be recommending you to are friends out here.

Tech showed up at a minute notice to save the day. He explained everything and showed me what he was doing and why. I was lucky he had parts to fix my issue. There was no pressure and the price was more than fair. I would recommend Honest Air to everyone.

Two years ago, we were ready to replace the AC because it is not cooling the house at a comfortable level. Since the AC is still in perfect condition, Juan recommended installing an attic fan instead. We were very satisfied with the result both in comfort and savings we continue to enjoy.
