Direct connection service people David, as well as Chris were very professional and extremely helpful during a very difficult situation. When are hot water heater burst. I would recommend them very highly to any of my friends and family.

My home warranty company hired DCP to replace my garbage disposal. ADAM, THE TECHNICIAN WAS AMAZING! QUICK, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

Don’t pay attention to all the negative reviews. They work mainly with warranty companies so beware of what is covered and what is not. They worked very fast and professional in the change of a water heater

Other reviews scared me and made me hesitant of this company. Their responsiveness is not there, but honestly, David, our technician was great. He was very knowledgeable and we are pleased with his work. Not mad at the job done, wished there was better communication with my home warranty and the company.

They came out and fixed my plumbing problem in less than ten minutes. The plumbing problem was due to a previous plumbing company, which I won't mention, coming out and only doing half of a job. I highly recommend this company.

I wrote a review Friday 05/17/2024, due to the service technician leaving without fixing the issues and extending the repair time. the technician, Adam Reese, stated the leak was not active and could not resolve but to call them back. i was able to duplicate the issue and Adam came back out.

I have to say I was very happy with Adam and his service. He discovered a previous repair was not done correctly (by another company or previous homer owner). This was not an easy discovery and Adam found and fixed it within few minutes. It did stink to have someone take off for 2 days to have the company come out, but Adam easily made up for it especially he finding this bad repair in and very hard to locate spot in the overflow drain.

I would definitely recommend his technical skill and service for any other repairs I ever need.

DCP was sent to us by our Home warranty insurance. Our apt window was 8-12, Nick arrived 8:30 super professional experts. Got right to work fixed the leak, knew exactly the place of the leak was very considering covert my countertop to protect from when he was cutting the dry wall. Very satisfied thank you!

DCP Plumbing was the 2nd plumber sent out by my homeowners warranty company First American. I needed my dinosaur of a water heater replaced and the first plumbing company jerked me around for a month without providing any service and tried blaming it on the warranty company. They even tried to charge me $2500 up front for modifications. And in the end they submitted a report to First American saying they couldn't do the modifications necessary. With zero communication to me. It was a horrible experience so I requested a 2nd opinion.

Mike at DCP came out on Monday, he immediately told me that he would easily be able to provide the service. He set the expectation that he would need to get approval and the water heater ordered through the warranty and that it might take a couple of days and by Thursday the technicians were installing my new water heater. Oh, and my out of pocket expense was only $110. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Everyone from the gal I made the appointment with, to the plumbers that came out, answered all my questions and were professional and efficient. They all did a great job and I'm so happy I asked for this second plumbing referral. Mike is fantastic! I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

I had a slab leak and Direct Connection Plumbing was referred by my home warranty company (First American home warranty).
By far were the best plumbers I have used, they were fast, Knowledgeable, very professional. I’m very pleased with their work and they didn’t put 100 holes all over the place to find the problem!
They Responded to the service call very quickly and had everything repaired within an hours.

I will definitely be using Direct Connection Plumbing for other projects and will definitely be referring them.

Mike & his partner came to my house to replace my new water heater coz of leaking and old. Mike & his partner doin a great job. He communicate well directly to me. Thanks mike & company of Direct Connection Plumbing. Great prices as well. I know i still goin to see him on monday to for expantion & filter. Thanks mike for all the help.

The technician, John, was friendly and knowledgeable. All work was performed as advertised. My only complaint is that they don't install washing machine pans.

The second plumber from this company was able to find AND repair all the plumbing issues we had with our house. The first was less than motivated and was not even able to find a cleanout! We had a backed up kitchen sink and a non-functioning first floor toilet that Caesar (second plumber) was able to repair. He needed to cutout the root infestation in the house line to the street, but was also able to show us what was going on in the pipe with the use of a camera. Outstanding. All is working fine now. If you need a plumber from this company, ask for Caesar. I am tempted to give a five star even though the first plumber was a complete dud, but it took too long to get Caesar here. I'll know what to do next time.

I gave them 4 stars because they finally did come and replace the wax ring and my kitchen sink faucet but it took 3 weeks…. After I kept calling for an update the customer service person said the technician hasn’t called the order in with my American Home insurance so that’s why my issue wasn’t getting resolved…. But eventually after me calling and calling the technician called it in and finally came and fixed it!

They literally was in and out great service fix my issues. I have one other thing they need to fix, but they will come back out for that. That’s the only reason why it’s the four star.

Got these guys through my home warranty. If your home warranty sets you up with them, ask them to change the company. I've wasted enough time with this scenario that I don't even have the energy to give all the details.

Better to try and fix the problem yourself, this company is a huge waste of time, no idea how they even still in business! They won’t show up to the appointment and hang up the phone on you when you call! Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had to deal with - Dianna was who hung up the phone on me so rude and unprofessional should be fired immediately

terrible terrible terrible. I used this guy to fix a burst pipe and someone came to fix and replace the pipes but didn't fix the problem. He left saying he was all done and i found water everywhere! the pipe was still leaking and he didn't even clean up after himself. sorry but this was a different level of carelessness

If your home warranty company assigns you this company DO NOT ACCEPT them. They will rip you off. They make up things to try and get more money from your warranty company and when the warranty company pushes back they leave the job undone.

This company is a SCAM! They say they can work on a certain system...they get to your house and then they say they can't do it...meanwhile...they get paid a service call fee. DON'T DO IT! Their tech, SEAN would NOT answer my calls when I had a question and then blocked my number! I waited 2 days for them to come out...for NOTHING! so very FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I strongly recommend you DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!!!!!!

Guess what happens when your phone person is surly? You get bad reviews. Thats probably why they do work for home warranties, there is no incentive to behave properly. I don't care what is happening in your life, no excuse for surly. Look at their Google and yelp ratings. Proof in the pudding.
