I will use Empire Plumbing again, the workers are very professional and fixed my problem at a reasonable price. 100% satisfied. The problem i had was a broken water heater and some copper pipes replaced.

Empire didn't actually come to the house as Dale was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He was very patient and extremely helpful. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

The service required was to detect the source of a water leak coming somewhere from my home. I was impressed with the high tech equipment that was used to detect the source of the problem. I was also given a tutorial on how to shut of the water and gas in case of an emergency.

Tonight my wedding ring fell into our tub, my heart dropped. I called around & called Empire Leak & was told a tech would follow up. Dale outreached me ASAP & I was so anxious he stated no one was available at this time, but someone could come in the morning. He suggested I used a wet vacuum to see if that would suck the ring out of the drain & thank the Lord it did. I know you weren't able to physically help me in that moment in my state is panic, but your idea worked & made my night thank you sooo much

Thought I had a slab leak. Dale came out to check for a leak and found none. He spent time showing us what he was doing to verify for problems. I would recommend Empire Leak Detection & Plumbing. They could have said yes and fixed a non issue but said that everything is ok.

The other night, I had water pouring out from under my laminate floors EVERYWHERE downstairs. I was clueless as to what was going on. Dale carefully guided me through turning off the water when he hurried to my house after I called Empire. If I had called the incorrect plumber, only terrible things would have happened. I appreciate it very much.

Had wet carpet on a Saturday morning. Called and spoke to Dale. He was on a job but showed up within 2 hours on a Saturday. Within 10 minutes had it diagnosed and was setting up repair. Thank you so much, Dale!! A+++ rating!!

Leak detection review

My mom called me last week and told me that she received an outrageous water bill and asked me if I could come out and take a look at the property and check for leaks. When I got out there I noticed there was a tiny stream of water coming out of a crack in the driveway. I called Empire Leak Detection because they were one of the first places that popped up on google and the first company I called didn’t answer. John came out, I showed him what I found and he was able to confirm there was a leak but it was not where I thought it was. The leak was actually below the planter box beside the garage. I’m glad I didn’t start jackhammering up the driveway lol. Anyways, Empire was great. I was able to dig it up myself and make the repair saving my mom thousands of dollars. I would definitely recommend.

My name is Linae Jackson and I live in North Fontana, my water bill was $413.00 and I nearly fainted. I called the Leak Detector, and Dale came out to my house he checked every inch of the house and found three leaks that caused my bill to spike. He also showed me things like how to cut the water off and where for each section of the house inside and outside. He was like amazing for lack of a better word. As a business owner, I want to get paid for my professional services, but because Dale did not fix my issues, he would not take any money for his time. His consultation with me was well worth $100.00, as he even showed me how to fill up my pool without using the water hose. He REFUSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY, I had to force $25.00 in his hand as I could not believe it. He also saved me over $500.00 because he let my handyman do the repair by telling him what to do to save me money!!!! If you need a plumber call Dale, he's honest and the best plumber I've ever seen, and I have worked with a couple of plumbers over the years. I had an emergency clogged sewer situation last week at a rental property. I called a number of companies but their "wait time" was 2 to 3 hours.
Then I called Empire Leak Detection and they told me that they would be there in 20 to 35 minutes. They were there is 20 minutes. The technician that came out, Logan was knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly honest. Once he reviewed the problem, he came up with a great solution. Since there were no "clean outs" in the area of the clogged sewer pipe, he came up with a practical solution by cutting a small access hole in the vent pipe that was accessible from the light well, he then ran a snake through it that cleared the clogged line, and installed a cover over the small hole that he cut in the vent line. Now we have a "clean out" access point in this location of the building in case of any future line clogs.
Prior to starting the work Logan protected the area to keep it clean and when he left there was no signs that any work was done.
I have dealt with a number of other plumbing companies in the past, and have to say that Empire Leak Detection was the best I have seen so far in an unpleasant situation such as a "clogged sewer line" situation.
Logan came in, took care of the problem, charged me a fair price for it, and that's that.

After finding some mold when removing some wood flooring and underlayment, I thought I may a water supply line leak in the slab. I called Empire Leak Detection and within the hour they sent Carl out to the house. He first checked the line coming into the house with a modern listening device and then came in the house and checked the slab where I thought I had a leak. Carl assured us that we didn't have a slab leak and said it was probably from water under the slab. He recommended that we put down a thin plastic underlayment under the new flooring to be installed. The unbelievable part about the experience we had with this company is that the did not charge us for coming out! Unheard of in this day and age.

Called at 3am for service and received a call back with in minutes !! Came out and addressed the problem. Top notch

Amazing company!

Woke up one morning and noticed water was coming up from bathroom floor, immediately looked for a leak detection company and reached out to empire leak detection. They got me in contact with a technician right away and had someone out within the hour. It ended up being a cold water slab leak that from bathroom to kitchen sink. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They took care of the leak and walked me through every step of what they did. Definitely would recommend them to anyone that need plumbing repairs.

I’ve never had a better experience ever, in all the years that I have dealt with having someone come out when there is a problem I couldn’t handle. Not only was I treated with kindness and respect but I learned so much in such a short time about being able to find a major leak, what caused it, and the best way that I should take care of it.
