All reviews for Tenco Construction

Tenco was amazing! Fast and professional set up. Love our patio.

Did a great job. It was installed 4 years ago but still looks nice.

Highly recommend this business, completely impressed with their professionalism. The price is fair and transparent

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to make the exception in this case. We purchased an older home in Riverside last year and it came with a bonus, "Drafty Windows"! I know we did not have a "real" winter this year, but with the little cold weather that we did encounter we noticed how cold our house would get, even though we had the heater on. As soon as the heater would turn off, the house would feel very cold again within minutes. That caused the heater to work pretty much nonstop, which of course affected my utility bills. :(

I searched on the Internet for energy efficient windows and came across several local businesses. I selected Tenco because I didn't feel like they were trying to scam me when we spoke on the phone.

The weather was very warm when we had the windows installed, and I noticed the house remained much cooler than the outside temperature. That turned into instant savings on my electric bill. Our home also looked great with the new vinyl windows and stood out from the neighbors homes! That was a plus!

The true test came when we had that sudden cold front that brought tons of cold air and rain to Southern California recently. I did not feel any cold air coming in from the outside! Job well done Tenco!

I will definitely refer my friends and family to you. Thank you.

We recently purchased a patio cover 45' x10' and we are very pleased with the quality of the product as well as how fast the patio cover was installed.

Obviously I knew who to call when I needed my exterior done. So after working closely with the team we found that CoolLife would be the perfect solution.

I would definitely recommend TENCO for any future projects.

Tenco installed our Radiant Barrier insulation 5 years ago!! They did a great job and as homeowners we were please with the quality of workmanship and the attitude of the staff. In fact we are now having a "quiet, cool, whole house fan" installed, by them. Their response time to our request for quote was great and they were on time for their estimate!

OK in the beginning, yes we did have some problems with our concrete cracking.
And I left a very negative review.
I would like to apologize publicly to the owner of Tenco Construction Company. Doug I apologize sir!
After Doug was made aware of the situation, he called me personally and reassured me, that he would take care of it.
And he did, I now have a new Concrete patio and rocks. It looks awesome!
I would use this company again in a heart beat. Because I know, that if there is a problem. It will get resolved in a timely manner.
Tenco THANK YOU!

Really outstanding work. Alex/Gustavo very professional and did an outstanding job. Kayla and crew remained very professional and diligent through. Recommend them to anyone.

I like my patio but remember I had trouble with the insulation. The salesman never returned my call. I thought it wasn’t sealed good but it hasn’t leaked. so maybe I was wrong. You gave me poor service.

I would definitely recommend Tenco for your patio cover. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Fair prices, competitive is what made me say yes to them! I’m 100% happy I did.

Tenco did a great job with turning our window into a slider project. They were able to make our project a fast a successful one. Definitely would recommend.

Thank you for you honesty. Your representative that arrived had given me advice on the prior company that had just been out to my property. Prior Co. had incorrect measurements that makes it against City laws. They did not show licensing or insurance either. Tenco showed all papers and took time to discuss measurements and give me something better. They also were under my budget.
Thank you Tenco.

These guys came through with quick and cheap special financing to get the job going! ....and Wow! The quick installation of my awesome
and beautiful patio was impressive. Top notch quality! My neighbors were hating! 😂😂😂
Thank you Tenco!

Turned out beautiful. Had my first heavy rain. Porch was dry, no leaks.

We decided to work with Tenco to replace our windows and HVAC. We ended up replacing 6 windows, 2 sliding doors, a package HVAC unit, and an electrical panel upgrade. They had reasonable prices and were patient as I gathered additional estimates. The communication was timely and professional throughout. The project was completed within a reasonable time and with attention to detail. Kayla, Cheryl, and Correy were helpful in coordinating the project. Although one window was damaged and could not be installed, it was ordered and installed the next week. Thanks!

Tenco construction installed our overhead awning. This is truly a great company to use for installation. They are responsible with their pricing and efficient with their installation and maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking or interested in home improvement.

I had a fantastic experience with Tenco! They built my patio exactly how I envisioned it — and most importantly, they got the job done before my deadline, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. A special shoutout to Kayla, the office manager, who was incredibly helpful and kept everything organized and on track. Highly recommend Tenco for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

Had a patio cover installed by Tenco. Good communication from the person giving an estimate to keeping you up to date with materials. One day installed with very professional installers.

We first met with Joseph about installing a patio cover, he was friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and gave us different scenarios and costs so we could make the best decision for what we wanted. We were comfortable with him and told him we needed it done by a certain date which required a “rush” on the project, he said no problem. During the process Cheryl and Kayla kept us up to date and assured us it would get done on time. Alex and his crew came in and got the job done with time to spare. Overall the process was smooth because they always got back to us when we had questions. Would highly recommend Tenco.

They did a great job with our patio cove. My family loves it. They updated me on progress with getting permits through Riverside county often. The experience was great. Except for dealing with the county . It took so long for a simple patio on an acre of land. I’m a general contractor and I can tall you riverside county building department is awful, but Tenco was great to deal with

Tenco Construction made this very simple and easy!! All I know now is I’m definitely loving my new Patio !! They were fast in the installment setting and just over all great!!
Thank you Tenco!
