Bill Henry’s Quality Electric is just that, Quality! Bill listens to what you would like done and also suggests other alternatives if needed.
His men are very well versed in everything electrical and they come with all the necessary parts needed. The site they work on is kept organized and they also clean up very thoroughly when the work is done. I highly recommend them!!!

Bill Henry is prompt, knowledgeable and won't break your pocketbook. He did two jobs for us, one small and one large and they were exemplary. His knowledge saved us big dollars. We plan to use him for every electrical project we have and highly recommend him.

An update: An update: Wow! I emailed Bill with an imoirtant question about an electric heater, and the proper (heavy gauge) extension cord I might use. He responded quickly and with a very useful professional recommendation. Thanks once again!

Bill's crew chiefs were on the job at our house, for light fixture alterations (fluorescent to LED tubes in the garage and kitchen). flood light replacement in the back and front, switch alterations in the house as well as a doorbell installation.

Vicente and Rigo are a great team, both efficient and professional. There was some field expediency needed in the kitchen lighting because of the old fixtures, but Vicente took it in stride and the changeover was very smooth. Rigo had our floodlights up, angled and working perfectly - all according to Hoyle. The doorbell and light switches were pretty easy for them.

All in all, I'd have these gentlemen back any day. Courtesy, knowledge, competence and professionalism seem the best way to describe Bill Henry's Quality Electric. Thanks very much Vicente and Rigo, and thank you Bill.

This is my fourth service I have had with B. Henry's. What I like about these guys is their straight forward approach to delivering "quality service". They walk through the project and decide on the most sensible way to accomplish what I need. I had Aron and Paul on this day and they split up the work load so both were working the entire time expediting the finish time. In addition, they came up with a competent workaround to save us time which = saving money which I always appreciate from a contractor but rarely find. Their work is always top tier and up to code which I respect. They went above and beyond to accommodate the timing for this project and I am delighted to recommend their service as a true 5 star experience.

We have worked with Bill on a few electrical projects at commercial properties we manage in the North Bay. Bill goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He also provides detailed estimates with breakdowns, and ranges of costs for his work, which is especially helpful these days as Covid has made things a little tight budget wise for everyone. I can't recommend Bill enough as he goes above and beyond for his customers, and the quality of his work is excellent!

Bill Henry was recommended to me by a friend. I cannot say enough good things about him. He arrived the day I called him. This was his first time in my home. I had experienced an outage in many areas.After checking the outside box, he and his assistant checked the power in all the wall outlets . He said that now he was familiar with my wiring. Becoming a detective, he carefully thought through the problem and soon found the solution. He helped with some less serious issues as well. He was so courteous and friendly throughout. I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Bill for any electrical problem.

It was very difficult to get an electrician scheduled to come. We got on the books several weeks out. We were fortunate enough to have Bill come. At first he was unfamiliar with our antiquated generator and transfer switch setup - and he told me if he couldn't fit it, he wouldn't charge. However, he came back for another visit and figured it out and fixed it. Bill is a great listener, is patient, and demonstrated he is committed to solving problems for his clients. In the final analysis, he delivered a high quality service and the desired result, and was gracious throughout the process. I highly recommend.

I had an issue where some of the outlets kept overloading and going out. Contacted B. Henry's and they came out took a look and determined one of the outlets had "strange" wiring and since I had a 1200w microwave connected to that particular outlet was overloading the circuit. Simple fix, either fix the outlet, or just don't use a microwave on that outlet. I chose to leave it alone and use a different outlet for the microwave.

In a future job, I'm having them replace my service panel which is very old. Will post a separate review on that job after completed.

Highly recommend B. Henry's was a very pleasant experience.

If you're looking for an electrician, you really don't have to look further.
Almost 8 yrs ago when I bought my house, the home report recommended the electric panel be replaced. I spent all my money getting the house, so I put it on the back burner. Well a circuit went bad, I called Henry's for an estimate. Bill came out, not only gave me an estimate, but spent at least 1.5 hrs checking some outlets and light fixtures. I was so impressed, I accepted the bid (very reasonable). Once he coordinated with PG&E, Aaron and Patrick came out and installed the new panel. I was super impressed with how everything was put back together and how clean it was. I worked for a General Contractor for 12 years doing re-mods, repairs etc., and not easy to please.

Bill and his crew did a great job of upgrading some very old wiring and outlets, and fixtures in our house. They worked until everything they found was repaired and safe. Bill gave me good options as he estimated the work and he finished all the work on the day we scheduled.

We have an older home, built pre-WWII. Much of the original Knob and tube wiring was still in the house, and we want to upgrade to solar power and install an electric car charging port as well as upgrade the original wiring. Bill and his crew are helping us do all of this, as well as other, long delayed upgrades in the electrical service and exterior, kitchen and bedroom outlets. They are professional, courteous, and clean up before they leave each day. The price so far is reasonable, (we aren’t finished yet) and accommodated all changes that we made along the way. This is the second time We have worked with Bill and crew. They are an outstanding group, easy to work with, and get the job done in the time allotted. I continue to recommend B Henry to friends who are looking for a quality electrician.

Bill and his crew did an outstanding job running a lines completely across my attic from front yard to back yard to hook up a hot tub. They were clean and courteous.
When I found out my tub was defective Bill came over himself to disconnect and made sure that everyting was hidden and supersafe at no charge.
I would highly recommend B Henry's Quality Electric for any of my electrical needs.

Bill reached out to me about an issue with my electric outlets in the kitchen. He is in high demand for good reason - because he gives sound advice, is responsive and does an excellent job. Even though his schedule is booked out, he took it upon himself to ensure that I figure this out on my own before spending $. NO ONE does this, but you can tell that Bill LOVES his trade and service to all of us consumers. So much so that we chatted multiple times over a couple days so he could make sure I was safe, careful and followed his detailed instructions. Never heard of an electrician like this and probably never will. Found one that is a keeper and I highly, highly recommend you use him.

Bill is a pleasure to work with! We have used Bill for several projects. He did an electrical upgrade for us, installed electrical outlets, updated our under the counter kitchen lighting, and installed dimmer switches. Bill and his team are efficient, competent, and have exceeded my expectations! Bill promptly replies to all inquiries, is responsible and conscientious, and takes great pride in his work. He is extremely customer service oriented. I have recommended Bill to several of my friends.

Bill and his team are personable, professional, and do excellent work at a more-than-fair price. Bill and his crew are hands down the best! Not only did they take care of updating my old victorian's electrical they have become like family. Bill and his crew have helped my mom and so many of her friends in the retirement community she lives in. Bill is informative and patient with his fact finding skills. I personally recommend this company to anyone looking for an excellent electrician.

Bill and Tina were terrific from start to finish. I was in escrow on a home with a tight timeline. Tina was very responsive and able to get me an appointment quickly. Bill's review of the home was very thorough and his knowledge top notch. He was a real pleasure to learn from and talk to. I agree with previous comments supporting is communication skills, reliability and genuine desire to help people, which is very rare in our magical mystery tour world these days.

My wife and I have been extremely happy with the quality of work we have received from Bill and his crew. We now have piece of mind knowing our electrical sub-panel has been rewired correctly and are very pleased that we now have the right dimmers working with our LED lights! I appreciated Bill taking the time to personally check in and communicate when unforeseen issues arose. I love our home theater room Bill installed, the 75" TV was mounted expertly and surround sounds wiring has been great. Spending some personal time in the crawlspace has made me much more appreciative of the time and effort Bill's guys put in to get the job done. We are having our crawlspace encapsulated the last week of March to drain our mini swamp and will definitely be giving Bill call to install a new dedicated electrical outlet for our sump pump and any other future electrical needs. On top of all this Bill's pricing has been fair and affordable. Can't recommend Bill and his team enough!
