If you need plumbing help, fixes, or just advice don't hesitate to call Luis @ Bay Side Plumbing. I've worked with him twice now a few years apart and both times I had a VERY good experience with Luis. He comes on time and is honest, hard working, thorough, and to the point.

Most recently he fixed two running toilets and guided me through working with the water company to correct over charges related to the issue with the toilets. He also crawled the house to ensure there were no water leaks and gave me a full run down of what was done well or what needed some work.

I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I've worked with Luis (Bayside Plumbing) at a couple commercial businesses that I managed in the Marin Country, San Rafael area (CA) some years ago. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and solved a historical laundry room issue at a homeless housing apartment by redoing plumbing! I don't work in the area anymore, but would definitely recommend his business!🔧 💧.

My mom had a huge plumbing issue. Luis and his marvelous team got right to the task. The service that Bayside plumbing provided was very quick and efficient. I think that the value of their work is substantially higher than most out there. Very nice and genuine guys. If you're in Marin or surrounding areas, would highly recommend ! It's really nice finally finding a plumber that feels so reliable and honest. We had a panicky shower leak that was impacting a ceiling below and Luis made room in his schedule to come quickly, and walked us through what was wrong and how he fixed it.

Luis is fantastic. He worked with our schedule to quickly replace our leaking water heater. He made a great recommendation, completed the job quickly and showed great attention to detail. He's a smart, patient, and professional plumber. I trust him 100%. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips for maintaining my new water heater. Will recommend him to all of my neighbors.

We just had the worst experience with Bayside Plumbing. We had a commercial building in San Rafael, the tenant there hired him this Monday, 2/23 to clear a clogged sewer line. We sent him a check on 2/25 for $2500.00. He charged 750.00 to change a toilet flange and $1600.00 to snake a sewer line.
Then on 2/27 he calls my son who has nothing to do with this demanding payment. Then he finds my number and is calling me while I am out to dinner not once but twice. When I got home, I called him and asked what are you doing, pursuing payment so aggressively..
We own many commercial properties and have dealt with numerous repairs. I have never been hounded in this fashion. He then threatened to put a lien on our property.
I would never recommend this plumber with this behavior and attitude.
