John Owens services; given a 2 hour window for the technician, arrives in first 30 minutes, David was friendly, conscientious, and didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need—great customer service 😀

Unexpectedly needed to have a broken toilet flange replaced (and get a new toilet installed) after removing the old toilet to redo the floors. John Owens was very responsive and our technician Will did a great job.

Ray and Tony just came out to give us a quote for a new HVAC system. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about our options.

High quality products, great communicators, professional, thorough and time efficient. The office and Cote, the service technician are top at what they do. Cote is a happy and proud person and it shows in the way he approaches his work and the way in which he interacts. He is a gem.

I’d definitely recommend this company. The technician they sent(David) was very knowledgeable and knew right away how to fix my furnace. He answered my questions about new furnaces and water heaters. Hopefully I won’t have to get a new furnace for awhile, but it’s good to have this information.

We called to have an estimate of insulating our water pipes on our Eichler roof. Luis was on time and courteous. We were very pleased with his visit...

JOS installed a state of the art hot water and space heating system from Harvest Thermal. It was challenging and I admire them for taking the job and doing their bit for climate change. Great work and attention to detail.
Follow on service was also excellent.

We noticed some mold and water damage in our guest bedroom which shares a wall with the guest bathroom. John Owens website said they did water leak investigation, so we gave them a call. Will C. came out and eventually found the problem (a leaky tub spout), fixed the problem. Great communication with us the entire time and took things step by step. We still
Have repair work to do in the bedroom, but very happy with John Owens Services. Glad to have found a good, reliable and reasonable plumber in Santa Rosa.

We used John Owen’s Services for a New HVAC system . The installers did a great job from start to finish , started on time and finished as promised . I highly recommend this crew.

John Owens installed a heat pump water heater for us last year and capped the gas line to our oven today. John Owens hires the friendliest people and their communication is excellent! We are so happy with their work and will definitely continue doing business with them.

John Owens has saved me so much money with my new heat pump water heater. The installation was done in a day and the guys were so polite. After the rebates I got back, I ended up paying practically nothing for it. And in only 2 months, my PGE bill is showing a huge reduction. Thank you!
