I took advantage of Penguin Heating and Air’s tune-up special for my AC. The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They went through the entire system, cleaning and adjusting everything to bring it back to factory standards. The difference is incredible; my AC runs more efficiently and cools the house much faster than before. The technicians also gave me some tips to keep the system running smoothly. Believe me when I say these tune-up specials are worthy. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

David Ayala, a very smart guy found the builder’s crossed wiring for the compressor. We had no AC for few days and the first AC service company couldn’t find the problem. David tested the breakers and wirings, and discovered our compressor wires were crossed by the builder (probably) with a neighbor’s unit. He rewired and we are back in business! I never imagined that was the problem!
