First time I've used Encore Heating and Air. Hired them for seasonal AC tune up. Nancy took my initial call, very nice and helpful. Hagen was the technician that came out. He was thourough, and for the first time since I started the annual tune ups there weren't any repairs needed. The pictures he took in my attic were provided to me- signally full transparency. Helpful, no cost maintnence suggestions were made and he listened to my ideas and in the nicest way possible explained how the flowering plum tree I wanted to plant near by would create ricocheting, exploding fruit when it dropped on a running fan. But he didn't stop there.... he talked of the mess that would look like a crime scene and the ants that would stop by. Ya...I'm gonna just stick with his suggestions.

Overall, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, transparent service. Definitely calling them again.

I contacted the company and they scheduled an appointment immediately and were fairly priced. Ryan the service technician was very pleasant and professional. My husband and I were very pleased with the job he did servicing our heating system. He took before and after pictures of the heater and it looked brand new. I highly recommend this company if you want a job done right!

My AC suddenly stopped cooling our house on a hot June day. I called Encore around 11am, and they had a tech to my house by 4pm the same day. The tech, Hagen, was an incredibly nice young man who was polite and cautious to our 15 year old dog and 3 month old newborn. Hagen went the extra mile to be as quiet as possible while our newborn slept, and was extremely cautious of our senior dog who has trouble hearing and seeing and can often be scared. Hagen was able to diagnose the issue, offered a couple solutions, explained them thoroughly, and performed the needed repairs on the spot. We had a working AC by 5pm and a cool house by 7pm. Hagen even called the next day to make sure we were doing OK, and Encore again came back out 3 week later to check the system. I couldn't speak more highly of my experience and will be using and referring Encore for all HVAC needs.

This year our AC kicked on with a terrible smell like mildew and soggy socks. The other AC company that installed it sent a guy out who patched some holes and left without addressing the smell.

Nancy, who answered the phone was friendly and helpful beyond what you would expect when calling an HVAC repair company. She set us up with a next-day appointment.

Jason, who came out to our house to do an on-site inspection and seasonal AC tune up was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. He cleaned out the gunk that was producing the smell and fixed some other things while he was in there. Afterward he emailed us detailed notes, and pictures of the inside of our air conditioning unit and AC Coil.

Great experience. Within 24 hours of calling our AC is working again, good as new.
