My inspection went well. They found the inducer bearing was making noise. This would have failed during the heat of summer of course. Part was ordered and the next day the part was in.
Great job Scotty's. Always the best.

I love these guys! They were so friendly and willing to work with us. We did not have any central heating or air system at all and they installed everything. I recommend them highly!! They are the best all around. Thank you so much everyone at Scotty’s Heating and Air.

We have used Scotty's heating and AC for about 6 years. We have had both Scott and Tim out for ac and furnace checks and issues. They are fast to respond, honest, and very reasonably priced. Our hvac system is aging and when replacement time comes they will be my first call.

They came out to do a pre purchase inspection on a house we are thinking about purchasing. He came out quickly and was very professional and polite. We Didn’t get the news we wanted to hear but it is what we needed to know to make an informed decision on the house. I would recommend them any time.

We were very pleased with the services performed. Removed old unit, installed new unit. Workmen were friendly and very knowledgeable, cleaned up all debris they removed, and were very conscious of not tracking dirt and mud into our home. Great experience from beginning to end. They did a great job installing the system in my old house. It is a very challenging one, but they made it seem simple. Genuinely nice guys who knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend.

I only needed to provide the symptoms of my problem 1 time, and the technician knew exactly what the most likely problem was instantly, no hemming or hawwing. It turned out he was right and I had a quote for the repair in minutes. The repair was performed quickly and competently, and the tech was professional and neighborly. LOVE Scotties!

I called Scotty’s Heating and Air on the strong recommendation of a friend when our A/C went out over a holiday weekend. We got a call back as soon as business opened and a technician arrived at the house that afternoon. His diagnosis and repair were quick and he did a routine maintenance before he left.

We had 3 different heating and air companies come to the house and discuss replacement of the 20+ year old system. The house is large requiring separate systems for the downstairs and upstairs. We gave each company the same information including a master bedroom that had inadequate coverage from the existing system. Scotty's was the only one that checked out the bedroom to make sure the problem would be resolved with the new installation. All bids were comparable. Scotty's got the job.

Scotty, Tim, and Bryant all came out initially to bid the job. Tim and Bryant did the install. They kept us informed through the entire installation. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. They were very respectful and very professional. The system works like a dream. We couldn't be happier.

We were referred to Scotty's by a trusted friend who is a building contractor. Scott returned our call within hours, and offered to come by that evening when we told him that our HVAC system was out during an intense heat wave. He listened to our needs and provided four alternative proposals to us by 9 AM the next morning, as promised. The system was installed within a few days of our choosing an option. Mike and Bucky were professional and courteous, completing a very clean installation in one day.

Wow – Scotty’s Heating and Air in Diamond Spring is the Greatest. They installed a brand-new Heater in my daughter’s home today and repaired the Heat Pump. I called them on Monday, set appointment for Tuesday to determine what was needed and set up the install for Thursday. On Thursday afternoon by 2:30pm all work was completed and system was checked. Really quick from start to finish – only three days total. Tim, Dave and Curtis were very professional and courteous. Tim even painted the roof jack to match the roof shingles. I couldn’t have wished for a smoother process. If you want quality work done at a fair and reasonable price call Scotty’s Heating and Air. John H.

Called Scotty’s Heating and Air to verify why my HVAC was without power. Tim arrived within 30 minutes of me calling, he quickly found that one side of the circuit was open at electrical junction box, he made the repairs and made sure the system was working properly.Very pleased with their response and service. Tim is very professional and courteous.

Responded to my call that my AC stopped on 100 degree day within hours. Explained benefits of replacing AC unit, recommended a few options, and it was completed three working days later. Would certainly recommend to my friends.

Hands down the best HVAC service I have experienced. TIM responded quicly, took care of my poor performing air conditioner in the middle of a heat wave and shared some of his vast skills with me in order keep my unit running like "An Ice cold beer can". Scotty's upgraded my AC 5 years ago and I have enjoyed much better performance since (more air flow and other improvements). Yesterday, an unrelated issue caused my AC to not cool and after a hot evening/night called the next morning and Scotty's had me back up and running the same morning I called which was remarkable plus the work performed was excellent and now nice and cool again in August! Thank you again Scotty's for the professional and high-quality work!!

We were impressed with the technician (Tim) in each of the five areas cited above. Tim was very personable, explained each step of his operation, and answered all of our questions.
