Great company and wonderful people. He was early but waited and Tony did a job well done. He walked through every step he was doing and told me what could be the cause of my issue. Tony even waited while I contacted my HOA so he could get access to the roof since I live in a condo. Overall he was great and very professional. I totally recommend this company.

When my AC stopped working I needed someone to look at it quickly. They were ready and showed up on time. They got to work quickly and made sure I understood what was wrong before making any repairs. Thank you!

Jacqueline and Adam came over and showed me a lot of the deficiencies.
On my ductwork that I did the whole house there was a lot of places the tape was not missing and also the air conditioning unit heater was completely off, but no duct tape.
Adam Jacqueline was so nice that they taped everywhere. I need to tape that Hometown didn’t do that was supposed to do they did it for free. I definitely will use them from now on until I sell this house. I’m very disappointed with Hometown heating and air plus the person that came over was not a nice person at all Jeffrey did the estimate . I will not use them again ever.

I remember when my parents used one hour and my mom swares by this company I thought they had went out of business so I called a different company to repair my ac and from the moment they arrived all they kept trying to do was sell me a new one so I googled them and found they are back !
Their service manager Jacqueline came out and fixed my ac it was less than $700
She also cleaned out the outside thing for me and I can’t believe how much better it runs than even before it broke !
I guess mom does know best 🙂

The guys at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning not only were very punctual and knowledgeable, they found a gas leak that other previous companies overlooked. They went above and beyond and take great pride in their work. And most importantly, they actually cared. I highly recommend their services!

Jackie came by the same day I called and was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and pointed out many things I could do to improve my AC efficiency. I highly recommend using this company, I know they’ll be the first I call going forward

Jacqueline and Brian were awesome in supporting us and earning our trust. They facilitated us getting a new mini split system when we had but given up after 2 years of trying.

We asked for an appointment to fix our A/C which had suddenly stopped working and had one the next day. Jacqueline was on time, explained what she was doing and found and fixed the problem. She needed one more part and had her colleague deliver very quickly. Our system is now working again.
