I am a residential customer and I just got a bulk pickup scheduled with Cheryl. (spelling might be wrong as I forgot to ask 🤷‍♂️) The best customer service I have experienced in the past year. She had to schedule it a bit out but for a free and incredibly convenient service I am overwhelmingly satisfied. This is especially true when I think back to when I scheduled this service in the past with other representatives. Such great customer service I want to call back just to chat!

I have used their transfer station for 20+ years living in all of the tri-valley cities. As a contractor and resident. They exceed in customer service, pricing, and getting in and out in a timely manor. If the price seems inconsistent sometimes, so what, it’s still 10 times cheaper than other places. Keep up the good work and light hearted attitude at the gate!

Most service companies are miserable to work with, especially local services. Fortunately, I have always had a pleasant experience calling PGS. They are always very friendly, kind, and patient over the phone. Pricing is high, especially for Sunol but it is what it is, there isn't another option so you kind of just have to suck it up.

They DO NOT do recycling for bottles and cans anymore, since after covid. I went there and the guy let me know before nicely showing me how to get out of there and giving me another nice recycling location in Livermore.

My service was great and prompt but the prices were outrageous!. I ordered the largest debris yard box they had for dirt, rock and concrete from a construction job we are doing there. I was quoted $480. Paid over the phone with a credit card. A month and half later I notice a huge additional charge of $719 on my bank card. When I question them about the additional charge they tell me the debris box was overfilled. Plus they charge $14 for a credit card fee. NOT HAPPY

Its customer service used to be responsive and friendly but since May 22 it has been really difficult to reach out them by phone and voicemails had also been ignored. I was out of town during winter time and Cheryl asked for the proof to consider issuing credits for 6 months that I did not use any service of them. I provided the docs in March 22 but did not hear from them since then. I called them multiple times and left at lease 3 voice messages and finally they called back yesterday saying my account is past due and this morning I found my trash can was not picked up and emailed them and they said I must make the payment to restart the service. I went to the office in the afternoon and found its owner is arguing with its manager in front of me for my account balance for over 20 minutes before they two finally agreed to each other. Chaos!

They don't have to agree to issue me a credit but they should have let me know this and I can pay and move on. Now they all sounded like I tried not to pay them and get free service. The whole management team members did not treat a long time resident with trust and respect.

Very Expensive even though you are residence of pleasanton. I suggest everyone to go to Tracy, CA they have the best rate and more space, you dont have to wait in line.
